I have looked at the docusign payment plans and none is suitable for me given I send over 100+ envelopes on a yearly basis. Are there custom made annual plans that can suit my requirements? of say 200+ envelopes? 

I send lots of applications with very dense forms, search google for ACORD 125 for an example. I know how to resize text boxes, but there seems to be a minimum size. Those fields then overlap each other and hide adjacent text. Is there a way to either reduce the minimum size or add transparency to text boxes and other fields?

Hello I am having some trouble with renaming my documents. I’ve uploaded some PDFs and associated their respective attributes to them using Smart Rules - Bulk Attribute Association and now I want to rename the same documents using their attributes.  DocuSign support mentioned the xpath is incorrect, but I’m not able to find anything that can shed some light on this. I’ve also tried to apply the Example Use Case: XPath expression creates folder and moves document without success. Any help would be appreciated!Thanks!

Is there a way to send disclosures to a recipient along with a form but only get the form back? We have deposit disclosures we need to send (based on different products/services) to the recipient, but we don’t need them back with the envelope. Thank you for your help. 

Hello all,Trying to add autoplace fields in my document templates on CLM. The form fields are populating on my merge templates but it is still requiring me to manually drag and drop my signature and date signed box onto the document.I have checked my eSignature settings and reviewed the Document Custom Fields, and the CLM template also matches my autoplace text.Autoplace text: /s{r}/Text in CLM document: /s1/The document field is also shared.Could it be a workflow step? Or is there another setting I would need to enableThanks in advance

My work email recently switched and im trying to update my email but no longer have access to verify the code docusign sends. Is there a way to skip this and just change the email?

I was presented with a completed document that shows my electronic signature (generic one) but I did not sign the document. Is it possible for the sender to just put in my signature and say that I signed it?

Good Day - Has anyone successfully built the Maestro Workflow for ‘Store Files in CLM’?I can’t get passed the 2nd step ‘Choose which documents to store’ where I need to select a variable for Document ID. I tried to create a new variable but the system won’t recognize it - I tried to create a text variable, number variable, and object variable - none work. Please see attached screenshot.I also searched for documentation on this but couldn’t locate any in the support documentation.I’d appreciate any guidance on this. Thank you

I have a few text fields on a template that are collaborative and also conditional.  When the other recipients modify a field, the conditional field is displayed, but it does not show as required like it does for the original recipient.  How do I make sure that the field is required for the collaborative signers?

We had an employee recently leave the company.  As an Admin, I attempted to share their envelopes with other users, but there were none showing up in their profile to share (even after going back 5 years).  Could the user have deleted all of their envelopes, and that is why they aren’t showing up?  If so, is there a way to restore the deleted envelopes so we can share them?

Is it possible to start IDNow identification before an envelope is started?Why would we need to start the IDNow video identification (create a wallet) before the signature process:When someone starts an identification process, all others in the process are blocked (see here). The initital IDNow video identication can be a hassle. So it is very likely that someones starts the identification process, but will not finish it immediately. Using a route order will also take a long time, when video identification is involved.So it would be very helpful to allow people initial IDNow identification (creating a wallet) independently from an envelope. 

I am building a Form to facilitate populating a docgen template with values from Salesforce. When linking the form field to a Salesforce field, I am not seeing all of the related objects that I would expect to see. How do I refresh the metadata such that my new object appears for selection?I am expecting to see the Corrective_Action__c object, which has a master-detail relationship with the Audit__c object (the form and configuration’s base object):  

Is it possible to just order more envelopes in the annual standard plan without ordering a seat being included?  I am the only user so the extra seat is not needed and causes problems at the annual renewal period.  And is it possible work with sales to set up a plan to buy 125 envelopes for the year with just one seat?

Hello - I’m the volunteer coordinator for an animal shelter.   I’m trying to integrate DocuSign as a more efficient way to collect signed waivers from our volunteers.   Many of our volunteers are high school kids in need of community service hours.     I’m not super tech savvy so I’m struggling with figuring out how to add a parent/guardian signature for our under 18 volunteers.    Is this possible within DocuSign?   I’m using powerform so that within the body of the email we send to our applicants, I can include the link as opposed to attached a Word doc to the email.  

No one to chat with or no one to talk to.How to get it?

I am wondering if there is a way to have only 1 document in my envelope template be CC’ed to someone. Example: I have an intake packet with many documents in one template (that gets sent as a single envelope to multiple signers). I need a copy of only one of the forms (documents) sent to a program director at the completion of the entire envelope. I do not want this person to get a copy (or be able to see) the information provided in the other documents in the envelope (template). Is this possible? 

Hello! I am very new to DocuSign, and have successfully created my first template for a very simple release form. I am currently working on a more complex form (our primary use for DocuSign). This is a multi-page document; page one is very simple customer data such as name, address, account number, contract effective date etc. The second page that outlines the actual service specs is where I am struggling. Previously the document was set up as a fillable PDF document with drop downs & radio buttons to make selections, input quantity, dollar amount/rates, and auto sum the rates etc.Hoping to be able to set the document up as close to how it was in Acrobat, additionally, is there a way to lock fields from being moved by the team member pre-filling the document prior to sending to the customer?

I sent an envelope and one of the recipients email address was incorrect. The other recipient had already signed. Can I change that email address on the app? 

Does adding permission “DS Template” automatically give users the option to Share Templates.  I ask because I don’t have this option: Select the level of access for the user.Select User Permissions. At the Template dropdown, select Create or Share.

I have a PowerForm that requires multiple signatures. The user needs to sign the document first, followed by their supervisor (whom they need to specify). The user fields are enabled when they open the PowerForm, but they are locked out of the Supervisor fields they’re supposed to fill out. I tried making the user a “specify recipients” person, but the issue persists. 

Docusign will not accept security id provided with email announcing doc to sign.

As an administrator, I need to call up an envelope and only have the envelope ID as information. Where do I enter the ID to search for this envelope?

 On document templates is there any way to do string functions.  Example i -  you have a field on page 1 where they enter in city, state & zip - later in the process you have a line for city state zip and you would just like to concat(city, state, zip).  I know you can just repeat the labels, but I am thinking treating them as a single string w/o the extra spaces. Another example they enter in their name - first, last and later you have a field which is going to be the first 3 characters of the lastname  + the first initial (Ex. first=john, last=doe, computed field is DoeJ) One more user enters first, last middle - in various locations later on the doc you need NameLastCommaFirst or NameFirstLast See if there are any tools in docusign or approach to do this Thanks Ken
