I have to submit these docusigns signed by 1 person and 2 people receive copies. The 2 people who i have set as ‘receive a copy’ are not receiving them after the pdf is signed and dated. How can i fix this?

You can confirm if the envelope access link was sent to these recipients within the envelope’s history. For more details on how to find the envelope’s history, see:

A common reason why someone would not receive the envelope access link is having that specific notification disabled in their user’s preferences. The user's email notification settings are managed in My Preferences>Notifications. You can find detailed steps on how to manage your email notifications below:

If the affected users have enabled the setting. but are not getting the emails, the most common reason of this behavior would be a custom rule either in your email inbox or within their email domain that is suppressing the email or moving it to a specific folder.
