We have successfully integrated our TEST DocuSign instance with the Test SuccessFactors environment. The offer letter being sent are working seamlessly; however, the candidates are not receiving a signed copy (PDF or link) after signing the offer letter.
I have already enabled the relevant setting (attached below), but the issue persists. Could you please advise if we may be missing any additional configuration?

Can you confirm if the candidates are getting the notification email that the envelope has been completed. There is an attachment limit for large PDF files. Docusign Document and Envelope File Size Limitations
