The AI attribute for Renewal Type - Auto Renew is correct but the system is highlighting incorrect language in the agreement. Is there a way to correct this so that when I click the attribute, the correct language is highlighted?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I understand how confusing it can be when the AI attribute is correct, but the system highlights the wrong language in the agreement.

To properly evaluate what’s happening, the team would likely need to see a screenshot of what is currently highlighted, and possibly the document itself. If you are not comfortable sharing those details in this public forum, the best option would be to open a support case so the support team can review the screenshot, document it privately, and investigate further.
