Currently, SMS Delivery of an envelope is currently limited to 5 recipients, which many not be sufficient in all cases when this method of delivery is selected. Looking for a way to manage the number of SMS recipients at an account level or if the limit can be increased at a product level. Is increasing the limit of SMS recipients on a product road map or is there a specific reason for the limititation?

At this time, we’re not planning to pursue this request, so we’ve marked it as parked.
While it’s not on our current roadmap, ideas like yours help inform future direction if priorities change.
