I want to modify the completion email through the xml resources. But this XML is huge around 19000 lines. Which line should I modify? I am using power automate but I think this is irrelevant.

Can you advise if its possible to have different sender of DocuSign in Salesforce?For example when the DocuSign triggered from: Account, then the sender would be Account@Sender.comContact, then the sender would be Contact@Sender.comI appreciate any input/advice.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing an issue with the DocuSign integration in SharePoint. When I try to start the “Get Signatures with DocuSign” process, I can log in, but the document doesn’t load into SharePoint.I’ve already cleared my cache and history, but I’m still having trouble. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 

I have created DocuSign button on Account detail page to send Document form Account and while selecting recipients I want to select Account related Opportunities also.If anyone know how to meet this criteria, Please let me know, It will be really helpful to me. Thanks In Advance.

I'm currently facing a challenge with a Power Automate flow that I've set up to generate a document and send it out for signing. The process seems straightforward, as illustrated in the flow diagram below: However, I've encountered a problem similar to the one discussed in this thread: Anchor tab missing + Creating envelope in Powerautomate from pdf | Community (docusign.com). The difference in my case is that I'm working with a DOCX file rather than a PDF.The flow successfully retrieves the file content from the specified path, as shown here:The content is then added to the envelope without any apparent issues. However, I suspect that the base64 decoding step might be causing the signature tab to disappear, even though it is visible within the DOCX file itself.Could the base64 decoding be responsible for removing my signature tab? Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have any insights on how to resolve this?

While accessing DocuSign Setup tab getting this error, I have assigned all permission sets which are need and the UserId also matched. After installed I could configure on DocuSign setup and I could create Envelop but after some time getting this error. Hi , I am trying integrate the DocuSign in SharePoint library. i have install the app now but not working when try to send for signature. 

When setting up a flow in Power Automate using the "When an envelope status changes" trigger for DocuSign, I'm encountering a problem. Despite signing in with my specific user account credentials (instead of the enterprise admin account), Power Automate defaults to or shows the enterprise admin account. I need the flow to recognize and operate under my specific user account, but it keeps associating with the enterprise admin account instead.

We are sending documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 using DocuSignOnce a DocuSign sent contract is signed and is auto added to the quote, the document name changes to a system generated name. This will make it difficult to manage contract documents. How to retain the original document name?

One of the users from Sender do not want to receive Document Signed alert. If we try to uncheck the alert from email preferences it will be unchecked for all the other senders as well and there is no specific setting for user from admin view.And same alert should be sent automatically to a generic email address for eg. donotreply@test.com. who is not sender as well as receiver. How can we achieve this scenario?

Hello,I have been trying to resolve my issues for several days with searching in the community here and googling. My issue:We have Docusign setup in Salesforce for E-Signature, the data for a custom object should writeback to the DocuSign Envelope Template. This works in Production without issue. However in our Sandbox when the PDF is generated for our Customer to review and complete E-Signing the PDF is blank, and the PDF is not being brought back into Salesforce once signed.I am at a loss. The setup between the Sandbox and Production are the same from my review. I’ve been using DocuSign integration with our Salesforce solution for almost a year now, my experience with it, is pretty painful!It really lacks intuitive performance, you have to change your documents to make it a user friendly experience internally and externally.  DocuSign really should be less about management and more about an extension and ease to a workflow. One thing that is really problematic its making changes to existing templates, I make changes to our forms, add that form, move merge or standard fields to the new form from the old one. Add or move to new sections and then those fields disappear. You have to do back into DocuSign make changes to the template, then go back into Salesforce to make changes to ensure its done correctly. A lot of effort for such a gap for an “integrated tool”    Does anyone know of a smooth and easy way to manage existing templates and when you have to make changes to that existing forms without having to replace all the fields?

Hello! I am using Microsoft Word with the Template Assistant for creating engagement letters. I have realized that when I use the Template Assistant and have applied contingency rules, there is extra spacing where the “hidden” contingent paragraphs are. Does anyone have a solution for this so that we do not have to backtrack every time to fix spacing and formatting? Thank you!

We use the DocuSign add-in for Outlook desktop and have to sign in every couple of hours to sign documents. Is there a way to change how long a user stays logged in to the DocuSign add-in?

Hello All, I am super new to Docusign and I am a Salesforce Administrator. I have a new user to set up for a docusign generator. I have assigned them all the permissions in SF and created an account for them in docusign.  They stated they received the email and activated the account, which is true since I see the status as “active” on their profile.However, they are still receiving this error code- Am I missing a step?  Not sure where else to go or what to do. I de-activated the account and will try again today. Any insight would be appreciated. 

Hello,We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. Any ideas on this? Thanks

I am displaying related opportunity line items data in a table using TableRow for an opportunity. Number of rows depend on number of opportunity line item records for an opportunity. I want to calculate grand total of TotalPrice column for all the opportunity line items which are displayed dynamically. As i don’t know how many rows i will get in the table, how do i proceed with the formula field? In formula field set up, i don’t see such option anywhere. Any help is much appreciated!
