Hello,

I am reaching out on regarding our integration with DocuSign. We are currently testing the Qualified Electronic Signature feature, which we intend to offer to our clients.

According to the documentation, our account must support one of the following signature types: DS EU Qualified with in-person ID check, IDnow - EU Qualified, or Signer Held EU Qualified. Our account does not support this.

For your reference, here is the relevant documentation: [DocuSign Support Documentation](https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=xcm1643837555908&topicId=wjg1635415874371.html&_LANG=enus).

Could you please let me know whom I should contact to enable our account to support DS EU Qualified with in-person ID check, IDnow - EU Qualified, or Signer Held EU Qualified?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello @tcchan,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

The Account Admin will need to contact Support directly for the Feature enablement. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
