We currently have DocuSign and we also have the Salesforce app installed so that we can send contract directly from within salesforce. I have a question i am struggling to get answered.
I understand there is a 'Fax Documents for Signature' feature -
But what i need to know is can we use this through the salesforce integration? The documentation points to how to change from email to fax when you are sending the envelope from the website login. Whereas in salesforce we have a 'Send with Docusign' button, do we have the option to select if we want this to be emailed or faxed?
