Hi, New to the forum, have an issue using the Template Builder. I’m wanting to add customer sender fields to a contract document, company name, address etc and can add these easily enough. The document however is text heavy and has paragraphs, bullets and tabulations. When very first loaded in, it looks fine. As soon as I start in the Template Builder, I loose that formatting and things become joined and/or our of line. I see mention of flattening/PDF’ng however unsure how that solves the problem when I’m wanting to add the customer fields as the Template Builder doesn’t support PDF format. Perhaps I can approach it differently or am missing another method? Thanks  

Hello, I have an issue concerning the simplified view, it would seem that it doesn’t support HTML, or just partly ?When sending an envelope via docusign API, i am sending HTML through the “emailBlurb”, that html is well rendered on the email side. But it is not on the docusign simplified preview pageOn the email side: On the simplified welcome view, many spaces generated, images doesnt work. 

Hello,I'm working on integrating the branding feature with DocuSign, but I'm having trouble understanding why the DocuSign icon appears white in the emails I receive.On the DocuSign preview page, the icon displays in black. I'm using Outlook for emails and have already cleared the cache, as that might have been affecting this issue. 

I have been using docusign for many years now. I could always create an envelope, check I am the only signer & then e-sign the document. This no longer works. The only option now available is send which consumes one credit. Is it no longer possible to self-sign envelopes without consuming one credit?

I have a contract that requires over 100 signature boxes.  Is there a way that the selected field choice stays active so that I can just click multiple locations on a page instead of having to go back to the menu item each time I need to add a field?

 Hello,I need to implement the following on my document sent for signature :Add 5 checkboxes (checkbox group with 5 options) on the document (A, B, C, D, E)The signer should be able to select atleast one of the options (multi-select)When the document is signed (completed), the checkboxes chosen should fill in a textarea field in Salesforce (or if you suggest any other compatible Salesforce field with DocuSign checkbox field). The main aim is to writeback the checkbox values in Salesforce.I have created custom document fields in DocuSign with the writeback option to the text area field. I tried with one checkbox field chosen. The field in Salesforce is filled , but as value 'true' and not the exact value of the checkbox.Can you please help to implement the writeback of the checkboxes to Salesforce with the exact values?Thank you in advance for your help.

In July 2025, I took advantage of a discount and bought a 1-year DocuSign plan for $120/user. It clearly stated up to 120 envelopes 1 user per year.I used far less than the limit.Then on Jan 12, 2026, it suddenly said I had 0 envelopes left and asked me to upgrade. So I paid extra for monthly billing to get more envelopes right away.Now my account is switched to monthly, and it feels like half of my prepaid annual year just disappeared?Where did the remaining envelopes from my annual plan go?? Has anyone else experienced this? DocuSign support — please explain!

I have an account opening agreement with an option to have a second signer as an additional account holder. So far, I can’t figure out a way to leave that area as optional. If I setup two signers, it requires both to be filled out. So I have created a separate agreement for the single signer and one for multiple.If possible, I would like to run it all through the same document. Is there a way to do this?

You want authorised users (those who can view a specific agreement set) to be able to assign that agreement set to agreements they have completed, without enabling the “View All Agreement Sets” setting.Currently, enabling “View All Agreement Sets” allows assignment, but it also exposes agreement sets that the user should not be authorised to view.

Trying to clean out old signers, only the first 50 show.  There’s no indication of “next page” or whatever, how can I view the rest?

Hello,Some time ago I’ve developed a Power Automate flow to automatically send envelopes by using template and to a specific recipients. Few days ago I’ve noticed, that flow suddenly started to fail due to the error message: I was not changing anything in Power Automate at all. It just stopped working. I do not have access to the subscription admin panel, but I can guide our administrator to verify what’s wrong. What should I do? What’s the issue? Templates are shared with the account what is being used to send the documents and were before. I can see them during the action configuration, but I can’t use them any longer.

Hi together,I try to set up a delegation of authority log in docusign.Therfore I have set up a template document including a dynamic table.I have added this template document to an envelope template with 4 recipient for testing purpose (in the end if I get it to work properly it will be 30-50 recipiencs).When I use the envelope I uploade a CSV-File to fill the dynamic table with anchor strings which works fine.However, the replacement of the anchor strings with docusign field seems to be left to chance. The anchor strings in the table are not replaced at all.If I additionally place the same anchor strings below the table in the template document, the signature anchor strings are recognized in the table too, the fullname-anchor strings are only recognized from the first recipient, but the replacement docusign fields are grouped and the placement is messed up.

I am a Salesforce consultant implementing Docusign in an Org for a client. The team would like to be able to click the button to generate the document from an Opportunity record, make edits to the text anywhere in the contract and then send for signature. They would like to do all of this from within Salesforce and not have to download the document, edit in a word processor, re-upload to Salesforce to then send for signature. Could this be possible in the Docusign functionality in Salesforce using the Docusign app?

I created a template form that includes a number field (let’s call it “DAYS”) and a formula field, which is supposed to return 1 if DAYS is less than 30, or else it returns 0. I’m using the 0 or 1 value to trigger conditional fields. The DAYS value can be a number from from 0 to 366, but I want the recipient of the form to provide the value, even if it’s 0.I find that if I leave the DAYS field blank, the formula result stays stuck on 1, even when updating the DAYS field to a number that should change it to 0.  If I prepopulate the field to 0, the formula functions as expected, but I would rather not provide a prepopulated default value. Is there something I’m missing? Am I doing something wrong here?

I recently upgraded from the standard paid version to the business pro version. However when trying to utilize some of the features like uploading a template, the feature is not available. Of course that led me to the admin page as I am the only user, and the one who started the account. Under my name nothing is listed under permission profile and there are no other users. When I click on that tab a warning pops up for about 1 second in an orange box that stated “warning add an administrator profile”. However when I try to edit my name it fails to load user information. Basically I am stuck in a loop of apparently not having an admin even though I am the only user and have the rest of the admin functionality. Needless to say it has been a very frustrating few days trying to get help on this, and it appears DocuSign themselves could care less as there is no way to contact them. Hello,I subscribed a few days ago in order to sign (qualified signature for INPI) one document.I need to talk to support/assistance because of a billing error and because the document I signed was rejected for an unknown reason (although I was charged for the qualified signature)Although I have a paid account, I can not access support. I arrive to an error page whenever I try to log in to support.I have been trying for a few days with no luck, I also talked to the chatbot but couldn't resolve the issue. It is urgent for me to sign the document; please help 

Hi, I’m the IT manager for the UK subsidiary of my company. We initial purchased a subscription to docusign, but the parent company has reclaimed the domain name for our email address. This stopped the users from accessing docusign while we still paid for the Subscription. Is there someone or a way to get help in sorting out this issue?

Core ProblemMy organization has implemented Docusign-Connect to send completed envelope to our Laserfiche storage system. Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED. I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. Could you please clarify why my envelope allowance has changed and what options are available to increase my envelope capacity?Regarding API usage limit which is set to 3000, I am not able to Update the hourly limit and even after almost 12 hours, limit has not been reset.This month -   Last Month -  

We are using Docusign JS library for embedded signing experience. In chrome browser, when we load the url, it is adding iframe in DOM and then opens modal to accept terms.In edge browser, it just hangs and never open the modal to accept terms with exceptions below.   

Recently my tag colors are all of the sudden Pastel colors. When I need 3 signatures, I can’t even tell 2 of the colors apart because they are so light and almost exactly the same color...just maybe a slightly different shade of Baby blue for example. Can I change somewhere in setting to different colors? Thanks so much
