Can I customize the signing actions available for a specific document?

Question

Is there a way to remove or disable certain options in the signer’s “Other Actions” menu for a specific document or template?

We wan to remove Decline to Sign, Assign to someone Else, and Print & Sign, while keeping Finish Later available.

Can these options be controlled at the document or template level?

I’m a sender, not an account administrator.

We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.Yes, these options can be controlled at the envelope/template level for signers.Under Advanced Options > Recipient Privileges, you can uncheck:Recipients can sign on paper to remove Print & Sign.Recipients can change signing responsibility or assign a delegate to remove Assign to Someone Else.However, Decline to Sign is handled differently.
