Added User to docuSign is getting error message - Activation Required

User has been added to docuSign and has the permission of DS Sender. When trying to send offer letter from SuccessFactors geting the below error message.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to send your envelope through SuccessFactors due to this error, but I will assist you in correcting the issue.

Have you activated the user connected to your integration with SuccessFactors?

An account administrator can resend the user’s activation link in Settings>Users>Actions>:Resend Activation Link.

Hello,

We have a similar scenario: User has been added to DocuSign and has the permission of DS Sender.

When trying to send offer letter from SuccessFactors the following error message pops up: “Activation Required” [Don’t forget to check your email for a welcome message from DocuSign to activate your account...].

Docusign user status=Active; Permission Profile=DS Sender.

User is able to send envelopes without SF integration.

Kindly provide your feedback.

The user may have been added and given the permission profile, but does their status say ‘Active’ or ‘Pending’ ?
