Western Sahara with country code +212

When selecting the country code +212 during authentication, the system offers either Morocco or Western Sahara as options.

However, selecting Western Sahara is highly problematic because it is an extremely sensitive issue.

Docusign states that it cannot remove this option: has anyone else encountered this problem and know how to ensure that only Morocco—and not Western Sahara—is displayed when using the 212 country code?
