Hi, I am trialling docusign and need to send a digitally signed doc to a service provider. I have attached my signature to a form and sent it but it does not seem to have an attached certificate of completion to validate it. what am I doing wrong?

Having recently upgraded to an annual Basic API package, I have sent ONE envelope. Trying to send any more results in ‘Envelopes Exceeded’ message and a block to send.I have raised the matter with DocuSign Support who confirm that this is a known issue - and yet no one has fixed it.So, having taken £492 to give me 40 envelopes per month for a12 months, I have managed to send a single envelope and now cannot send again.If this is a known issue, then presumably the fix has been provided before.Meantime, I’m stuck, unable to send whilst paying DocuSign for precisely nothing.Support persist in thanking me for my patience, explaining that they understand my frustrations.Has anyone any ideas what I can do here or a contact number of someone senior within DocuSign who actually cares about rectifying a problem?Thanks.

For the last few weeks, after I’ve specified recipients for document I’ve uploaded and then go to the page for specifying signatures (ie who signs where), all the signature blocks have been specified with one signature, rather than letting me specify the correct ones.  Yes, I can delete the erroneous ones, but I shouldn’t have to, and inevitably one day I’ll forget to and a doc will go out with the incorrect signatures specified.Any suggestions?Thanks

Hello,I have a bulk send template that has worked multiple times, but today, the documents sent didn’t add the imported data to the fields, so a bunch of recipients received blank documents. I double-checked the recipient list, and there is data with no flagged errors.  I was able to send a different template earlier today without an issue, so I'm not sure if it's just a fluke? Thanks!

Hi, I have the following problem. Can documents be sent encrypted in DocuSign so that someone with read permission in Outlook cannot see/read these documents? The access code only prevents this in the first step, but once everyone has signed, the documents are sent to all participants and the person with read permission in Outlook can view the documents.BGPhilip

Apologies--I’m a newbie to DocuSign! I was introduced to the platform as Salesforce Admin when DocuSign was added to my responsibilities after a colleague departed the organization. Of course! My company already has a workflow that kicks off during document generation and tasks are generated. And the Tasks have various Statuses, including "Awaiting Billing Start Date." I received a business requirement to trigger an email to the User that completed Document Generation when the following criteria is met:Task Status equals "Awaiting Billing Start Date" AND Days Since Status set to "Awaiting Billing Start Date" equals 30 (Days Since Status is not a current field or variable) AND Trigger an email to SumbittedBy.Email every 30 days that the Task Status is still "Awaiting Billing Start Date"

There is a DocuSign CLM which has an Integration with Adobe Esign through DocuSign CLM (Admin-> Integrations -> Electronic Signature). Whenever user sends a document for signature via signature step inside workflow, the user is not required to click on “Preview/Edit Signature Fields” (See below screenshot).Many times, user skips to add the signature fields by not clicking on this and then Adobe adds the sign fields to the end of the document by default. We need to mandate this inside the Review and Send for Signature Step so that user cannot proceed further before adding the signature fields inside the agreement.  

I am trying to void an envelope using the DocuSign REST API. Does anyone know if the folder security that is set up during the workflow configuration follows the folder when you move it?  I don’t think it does but would like to have it do so.  Is there a way to keep the security settings on a folder no matter where it is moved?Thanks.

We have a customer using the form in CLM to generate a sales order.  Entering data on the form is very straight forward but now they are also looking to multiply widget a * widget b, potentially multiple sums, to get a subtotal amount.  Is there an example of an C# expression that I can use to drive this result?  I am also using a number field for one and currency for the other so assume that is correct?Any guidance is appreciated.

Our brokerage recently set up a new account using a different email address, as the original account (associated with Gmail) is no longer allowing us to access Rooms.Is there a way to transfer all documents from the old Gmail account to the new one? I hope everyone is doing well.In the below doc gen form, I have mandatory and option signatories. Optional signatories will only update initials when applicable, however mandatory signatories have signatures, dates etc. I have put the optional signatories as 1st and 2nd in signing order as they will review before the actual signatories sign, however when optional reviewers are not applicable, they are replaced by mandatory signatories in the signing order. As a result, mandatory signatories are only able to update initials. Please advise how can I avoid this. Screenshots below from doc gen, workflow Send for Signature step and template. 

My employer utilizes Docusign and I have recently become an administrator to the account. The previous administrator quit her job suddenly and left a lot of issues unaddressed. I removed various ex-employee users from our account, added new users, and updated our auto-pay payment information. When our subscription renewal via auto-pay went through, I downloaded the invoice for our records. I found that the invoice lists two people as contacts -- both these people are ex-employees. I cannot find any information as to how to correct this situation -- delete these two names and put in new names. My employer is a non-profit and gets audited on a recurring basis, so I need to correct this mistake. Thank you for any and all assistance.

Hi, I need some help getting the active email address inside the body of the document to be active/clickable to the recipient during the signing ceremony. I’ve created and tested this several times and having very sporadic outcomes.  I would like for our recipients to be able to click on the email address in the document to reach out  to us. This isn’t adding a tag for their email, and yes I understand we can put this active email in the body of the message that goes out (the email notification), however we would like this in the body of the document also.  Sometimes this works, and sometimes it doesn’t, I can’t find any documentation on this, is there a certain set up I'm missing?Thanks for all your help!Julie

Good Day,Has anyone had success with using the new eSignature Agreement Template Builder (ATB) with the already saved document custom fields?In the past with the previous version of creating a template, I can easily access shared document custom fields in my account on the left panel.In the new ATB, I no longer can find the document custom fields with the new UI.I also searched support articles and documentations and haven’t been able to locate any guide on this.Help!Thank you

I have had a free account that I use only for signing documents myself, since 2020 or 2021. All of a sudden last week, I’m getting a message that “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.” I have never, ever, sent an envelope, so I don’t understand the issue. Up at the top, it even says 3 sends left: I sent a message to DocuSign, and got a “there is no limit for signing, only for sending” message, so I’m stumped. Why would this be happening? I literally only use it for signing.Thank you in advance! This is such an inconvenience!

Which recipient types receive reminder emails?  Do Carbon Copy recipients who are added at the beginning of the signing order receive the reminders? Is there any difference between envelopes sent through the UI and envelopes sent through the API regarding the reminders? Thanks.

Hello CommunityI appreciate all the kind people that are willing to help me. But I have a problem thats a bit tricky, that you may already know about. Any cards, banks, money assuming it wasnt fraud, is still controlled by them. They have the ability to freeze my assetts and funds. And now that the day is getting started I no longer know who is who anymore. I dont know which ones are the good guys and the bad guys, and my life is still at stake. I will do all I can to fix these couple of small issues and get settled in, but I dont know what that means outside of me, getting a new phone, computer etc. Anyways just wanted to let yall know im trying and this is where things get difficult for me. So until I can get things sorted if you could have some patience I would appreciate it.John
