We are using Salesforce Sandbox with a DocuSign Demo account that includes DocuSign Gen licensing.

DocuSign Gen Preview fails with error [100] even for a minimal “Hello World” template and System Administrator user.

Please verify and re-provision DocuSign Gen for our Salesforce org and confirm the correct Demo Account ID is bound.

ERROR
Failed to initiate document generation. Please try again later or contact your administrator for assistance. [100] Error occurred Reference ID: 0a3f3e69-9559-44a1-83f5-05cc70697d12

Hi ​@ganapathiballa,

  • Please try disconnecting the Docusign connection in the Docusign Apps Launcher (DAL).
  • Revoke the “DocuSign” OAuth app from the Salesforce user settings, Clear your browser cache, then reconnect DAL to your intended Docusign demo account.
  • Verify that the displayed Account ID matches the account you expect.
  • Also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the Docusign Apps Launcher and that your user has Gen permissions.

Thank you so much for syour response.

We performed the same steps and also connected with the DocuSign Support team. They followed the same approach, but the issue was not resolved.

They informed us that they will investigate further and get back to us. We are currently waiting for their response.
