Migration to Azure Production - How can I confirm migration completion?

I have dutily noted the time period between January 2026 and May 2026 to complete the migration of services for EU Production Accounts to Azure Infrastructure. 

Will we be notified as to when the migration is completed (even a global communication)? How can I, as a customer verify that we indeed migrated to Azure infrastructure?

Yes, the email I received stated that he account had be migrated to Azure. There was no date in the email to say exactly when the migration had occurred. Perhaps you could open a help ticket for that information.

Not sure how they are doing this (ie which accounts in what order) - but I received an email confirming my account was migrated to Microsoft Azure. 

According to the FAQ you can check your account billing to see where you are hosted.

Thank you for your reply. Yes indeed I can check via the billing menu my hosting information but it does not confirm if it is on Azure infrastructure. 

 

You mentionned receiving an email address to confirm the migration, did this email happened after the migration and confirmed that your account and its associated data have been completely and successfully migrated to Azure?

 

I want to know, how can I say “starting this date”, my docusign data are stored within Azure and not DocuSign Infrastructure.
