URGENT: Technical Review Passed but Account Eligibility Issue - Account ID: *******

Dear DocuSign Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the Go-Live process for my Integration Key (Podio-API). I have been stuck in a loop between your technical and sales teams for several days now.

Here are the facts of my case:

  • Technical Compliance: I have successfully completed 26+ API calls in the developer environment, and my status is currently "Ready to Submit".

  • Account Status: I have already upgraded my account to the Business Pro plan (Account ID: *******), which should support custom integrations.

  • And my Developer Account ID is *******

  • The Issue: Despite the upgrade, the "Select" button remains disabled, and the system shows my account as "ineligible" to promote an integrator key.

I have been told by your technical team that I am on the right track, yet the Account Manager system has not reflected the upgrade. This delay is causing significant downtime for my project.

I request you to immediately:

  1. Manually verify and sync my account's billing status with the API Go-Live tool.

  2. Enable the "Integrator Key Promotion" feature flag for my production account ID: *******.

  3. If a specific "API-only" contract is required, please provide the exact link to activate it without further delay.

I look forward to an immediate resolution.

Hi Steven,

The Go-Live  process does not requires to make 20 + successful API calls any more. Please try the following troubleshoot steps below:

  1. Ensure you have selected the correct integration type. The Private custom integration and Third-party integration key option should be Ok

          a. Open the Apps and Keys page in your developer account.
          b. Next to the integration key you want to promote, select Actions > edit > Integration Type.

       2. After selecting the correct integration type. Go to the integration key you want to promote, select Actions > Start                Go Live.

If you still have the same issue, please create a support case as explained in the link below and request a manual Go-Live.

We are using Business Pro Plan, We upgrade our plan to 1 Year Subsciption… And in Developer Acccount i choose this Integration Type”
Private custom integration

Use if you are a Docusign customer integrating your systems with Docusign APIs.”

I already talk with Support, Developer, Seniors, some say you should need to Contact with Account Manager, some say you should need to upgrade I Am Professional Plan, Some say you are already in Business Pro, that have options for custom integration, that is technical issue, we will update to you … I dont know what is happening here … 
Please Can you tell me , How can i move IK to Production...This issue we are facing..

Please Check it, Someone said from your team Member, You should need to upgrade to Business Pro Plan.So therefore we Upgrade to Business Pro plan for using custom APi Integrations.. But Same issue in Developer Account

Hi ​@Steven Garguilo , please submit the form sent on the case (16719755) to request a manual Go-Live. Once the form is received the support team will  promote the integration key in your production account on your behalf.
