HiIs it possible to set up esignature workflows or signing groups, etc. such that either person A signs, or person B and person C signs.E.g. either the CEO can sign, or both the COO and CFO can jointly sign, ideally in a whichever occurs first approach, as would happen with a signing group?Thank you

The client who is sending it believes they are sending it correctly but does he needs to create a signing group to send this too? Basically we need the email to go to our distro list for everyone to view, its not a signed document, just a very important document being sent to us via docusign.

When I set this up using In person signer, the first one can sign in my presence as a host, but the second one cannot directly sign on the document.The signature process finish and close the enveloppe.I need to go back in Manage section, reopen the enveloppe to proceed the second signature.Do you have any clue to make both signatrues at the same time in the same session?Thank you!

The recipient is not receiving the e-mail notification for signing due to a firewall. Is it possible for me to send a link to the envelope via my own e-mail so that the recipient can access the envelope that way? Where do I find that link? Thank you!

How do I continue to sign a document without starting over?

We have set up Enable System Sender to use a placeholder user as the sender for DocuSign envelopes. The envelopes are sent via Apex Toolkit. This feature was working fine in sandboxes but when we deployed to production, DocuSign is using the name and address of a different DocuSign user in the email. This user is configured in the sandbox but not in production. If we change the permission of this user to DocuSign viewer in DocuSign, then Salesforce throws error citing 'You are unauthorized to use this envelope'. Even if we send the envelope using an existing DocuSign user in Salesforce, it throws the error/uses the above mentioned DocuSign user's email.

When I try to actually drop my signature on the line, I get a field that says "sign", not the esignature. What am I doing wrong. Can you help?

Am I correct in saying that once you assign a signature delegate, all new envelopes will be routed accordingly. Any envelopes currently in the primary user's queue prior to assigning a delegate will not show up for the delegate.

I uploaded several PDF documents into an envelope and inserted a signature field into one of them. When I click on "Send", I get the above error message.None of the PDF documents are digitally signed. The error message occurs even when I delete all the PDF documents and replace the contract with a Word document.What else could I try to be able to send the envelope?

I have both a company DocuSign account (i'm not a administrator), and I have a development DocuSign account. Both use the same email address.How do I import the DocuSign Template I made in my DEVELOPMENT account into my Company account? I've asked my admin to set me up correctly, and I don't see import in my account. Here are my settings, yet I only see Create Template, no ability to Import the Template I exported from my dev account.

How to revise a figure in a document

I'm trying to use the Outlook 365 DocuSign add-in to send and sign documents straight from my Outlook Web Application. Every time I try to open and initialize the app in the Edge browser it starts but before it asks me to sign in an error pops up that says "Please disable browser privacy setting Prevent cross-site tracking and reload the add-in". I have added exceptions for Docusign and Outlook and even turned off this setting entirely. The error message is still there. What more can I do to get the Docusign add-in for Outlook in Edge to work?
