I’ve acquired the new signing certificate for Docusign and SSO, however I am unable to sign in to the portal as admin to apply the new certificate because of the above issue.This is affecting a lot of our users, and we’ll work to create a contingency for future reference, however I desperately need help now.Is there anyone from Docusign Technical Support that can assist?Many thanks,Shaun

When I want to send a document to sign, I get this message "Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments" and I can't send it.

Hi, Please refer to the attached screenshot.The red circled indicates where the original scroll bar was.When you click on the scroll bar to move down the document, the standard fields on the right hand side will stay so you can drag the relevant to the document. Since last week, it suddenly went missing. I have logged a ticket with the Docusign Engineering team yesterday to resolve this bug and I have not heard anything yet. This is business critical as I cannot fulfill my daily work functions. Anyone encountered this before? Or how can I escalate this further? Thank you. 

Hello!I'm working with Smart Rules and have a scenario I'm trying to optimize.I've successfully configured a Document Smart Rule to move a document when a specific attribute value on that document is changed. This functionality works perfectly. My goal is slightly different: I need the entire folder containing the document to be moved, not just the individual document, when the triggering attribute change occurs on the document inside it.Currently, the Document Smart Rule only has the action "Move Document", not “Move Folder”Is it possible to configure a smart rule or use a combination of rules/actions so that an entire folder is automatically moved to a new path when an attribute value changes on a document contained within that folder? Thank you! 

DocuSign support is terrible. Not only is the response time 24 hours from each posted query, but phone support agents barely speak English, and when they can't figure out the answer to your problem after putting you on hold, they disconnect the call. This has happened twice now on a single support case (still unresolved)-- and the support agents never call you back, even though they have my phone number, so it's not a call reception or other phone issue. Is there someone higher up at DocuSign who is in charge of DocuSign Support, and what is their contact info?

I need help with troubleshooting an envelope. A signer was redirected to https://authentication.idnow.de/docusign/requestsignature to request a digital signature. But was stuck. I did not correct my envelope whatsoever and there is no error prompted from me (the sender).

However, the documentation doesn't provide any details or examples of the XML structure required for this method.Could someone please share a sample XML or guide me on how to structure it correctly for splitting? I'm suddenly getting 3-5 phishing emails a week from the docusign.net domain and none of the standard reporting email addresses like abuse@ or admin@ work. They reject my email, and I can’t find any reporting information on their FAQ page.  I guess I'm left with the choice of blocking the domain? Why do they make is difficult to contact support or report phishing? Keeping customers at arms length is bad practice. Edit:  Spam@docusign.com.  What a waste of my time finding that.  Edit 2:  Spam@… blocked my email as spam.  This is BS. Going to block the domain on the server.

Hello everyone,We’re currently working on passing values from our website into a DocuSign Maestro webform via API trigger_inputs, and while we’ve had success with text fields and date fields, we’re running into challenges with other field types.Specifically, we want to pre-select a radio button option so that when the webform loads, the correct option is already chosen. For example: Gender field (radio buttons): Options are Male, Female, Others. We’d like to pre-select Male. We suspect this challenge may apply similarly to dropdowns, checkboxes, and phone number fields as well.Has anyone implemented this successfully? Could you please share examples of the correct variable types or payload structure required to map these field types (radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, phone)?I’ve attached screenshots for reference. Hi, I have issue with attachments, they just don’t return to Salesforce, my expectation is that after user signed doc, it should attaches to Salesforce record, I also adjusted Salesforce connection in Admin panel at DocuSign Demo and installed and connected package in Salesforce sandbox. I need to calculate and display a date 30 months from the date signed.In my template, I have created a date signed field and called it policy_period_from.I have created a formula field with the following formula: AddMonths( [policy_period_from] ,30)This is displaying in numerical UK date format (dd/mm/yyyy) but we are sending this particular doc to our US customers so it either needs to be in US format (mm/dd/yyyy) or be in a format that can’t be misinterpreted in the US (e.g. dd MMM yyyy, i.e. 30 Nov 2026).How can I achieve this?

I have a completed docusign PDFI have no idea who it is from or what it is about and I can't access the envelope. Need to make sure no one is trying to use my account to sign documents

Is there an admin report that I can run to see which envelopes were sent as part of a Bulk Send job?  We are about to renew our contract and we are considering adding the Retrieve feature so that we can mass download completed envelopes.  Before we do this, I want to know who else in the firm, if anyone, uses Bulk Send.  If I am the only one who uses Bulk Send, then Retrieve probably is not necessary.  I have full admin access and can run any available reports. Thanks,Teri

Hi all, First time here, I have a question on having QR codes on documents we upload to docusign to send out. We use the QR code to hold data about the document so we can easily sort them when they are returned. However, when we upload a document with a QR code it seems like docusign converts it to the literal text or removes it sometimes. Is there something we need to do to keep the QR from changing to text? 

 Hello,I want to configure the settings for my organisation. I am an Admin and can edit all settings except the recipient Roles. Why?I need it for a third party Application to work. Am I missing something here? Why cant I set the checkmark on “Enable allow to edit recipient”?  

I signed up thinking I'd be getting a 30 day free trial. Little that I knew that the company charged me $53 CAN, upon signing up. I tried to get in touch with customer service. There's absolutely no way to get a simple response from anyone. I ran are in circles for hours. I decided to call sales. Because this department of course has live agents. The only thing I got help with was to set up a phone call from Customer service within 1 business day. To get my refund. I am terribly disappointed with the service. What a waste of time. 

I am trying to automatically send docx documents for signature to Docusign using only google apps scripts. I went through all the steps to convert the docusign RSA private key from pkcs1 to pkcs8 and then paste the pkcs8 key into the apps script project properties, but i am still running into this error on the code line const signature = Utilities.computeRsaSha256Signature(signatureInput, keyBytes); I also tried an alternative with uploading the pkcs8 .pem file to drive and using the file ID as one of the project properties, but that didn’t work either, the cleaned key in the debugger is showing up like this (screenshot). I used the texteditor on macbook (with make plain text formatting utf-8 option) to create the .pem  files, the openssl terminal command to convert from pkcs1 to pkcs8 and the cat command to get the pkcs8 key after conversion.

Hello! Is it possible to conditionally display a field based on the value of a specific column in a table?For example:In a counterparty data table, if the 'Marital Status' field is set to Married, I need additional fields to appear so the user can input the spouse's data. (It doesn’t have to be in the same table, but apparently I can’t add a condition to a column.)If the 'Marital Status' is anything else, those spouse-related fields should remain hidden.  Thanks!

I have an enevlope PDF,   where there will be a single signer..    but the PDF will contain two (2) signature blocks is there functionality exists that once the signer signs 1 of the 2 signature blocks,   to disable the other block from being signed.    we need to prevent 2 signatures from the envelope the signer decides which one of the 2 needs to be signed
