DO NOT AUTO-INCREASE A SUBSCRIPTION FEE FROM $45/MO TO $90/MO ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!

As a long time Docusign customer, I could not believe you would automatically increase my subscription fee from $45/mo to $90/mo without asking me to approve or opt-in to this change. I literally thought this was a scam when it came to me via email. Instead I had to take time to contact a Docusign rep, go into a chat and go through a timely and inconvenient process for the rep to change my plan back to the plan I’ve had for several years from a $90/mo plan I was automatically changed to without any request or benefit to me. There literally isn’t even a $90/mo plan on the website. The highest plan is $65/mo. And there is absolutely nothing about my usage (which is very infrequent) that would merit switching me to a $90/mo “unlimited envelope” plan. I found this to be a horrible practice by Docusign. It seems the executives and the board may be getting very greedy to implement an auto-increase like this on their customers - automatically doubling their monthly subscription fee and hoping they don’t notice.
