Questions about Go-Live requirements — corporate email and plan eligibility

Hello,

I'm going through the Go-Live process for a private custom integration and have a few questions before resubmitting:

1. Corporate email requirement
The production Admin account is currently registered with a @gmail address. Is it mandatory that the Admin account itself be registered with a corporate email domain, or is it sufficient that the person filling out the verification form uses a corporate email — even if the DocuSign account is linked to a @gmail address?

2. Plan eligibility
Is a specific DocuSign plan required to complete the Go-Live process for a private custom integration using JWT authentication? If so, which plans are supported?

3. Signing the form
Is it mandatory to complete the identity verification step (document photo + selfie) during the Go-Live form, or can the process be approved without it?

Hello Team

yeah, the admin/signer must be on a corporate email domain. Using a @gmail admin will get the request declined, even if the form is filled out from a corporate address.

Current policy explicitly blocks Go-Live for customers whose admin is using a generic email domain (gmail, yahoo, etc.), even if they pass identity verification; they are asked to resubmit using an email@corporate-domain where that user is an account administrator.

With plan, You do not need a special “JWT plan,” but you must have a paid production account that’s eligible for API integrations, paid production enterprise or API plan is required; trial/freemium accounts cannot promote an integration key to production.

as long as the production account is a paid, Go-Live-eligible plan with eSignature API access, a private custom integration using JWT is supported.

For the flows where IDV is presented  passing the identity verification step is mandatory; the request will not be approved without it.

Please do reach out to DocuSign Support & log a case, engineers ill be able to elp you to proceed with the Go live process in further.

Thankyou.

Sai

paid production enterprise or API plan is required

ok,  so if I have a lower plan (Business Pro) I won’t be able to go trough automatic Go-live process without submitting the form?
