Hi,Recently the formatting of our emails has suddenly changed, when I receive an email to Review documents our logo is huge and the text is tiny. The link to Review Documents is really hard to see because it’s so small.  Any tips on how to fix this?  Not sure why it has suddenly changed.Thank you :)

Hi there,I am being asked to de-activate the signature panel on a document i have sent but the pdf is not showing the signature panel at my end.This is what the other party is getting at their end and they are not allowed to sign using signature verification.  

We have the Docusign Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement integration installed. When working with both the Quote and Order table, we have a custom Contact field that we use. We would like the value in this field to be a choice for the Docusign recipient. Is there any way to configure our custom field as a recipient for Docusign?

Can docusign handle the below?  If so, which custody transfer rule would be invoked?   We have a user that has multiple groups.  There are multiple transfer rules in place.  One rule for each individual group.  When the user who has both groups sends an envelope, which custody transfer would apply? 

Do I need a Business or higher pricing Plan to be able to Enable fax delivery?

When sending out bulk letters that require signatures is it possible that a blank field can be populated with the receivers name automatically? If not is there some alternate option, we have over 300 letters to send out to separate companies that require e signatures and we would like the name field to be populated with their individual names - any help is appreciated 

I have used Docusign for years and have a new problem today. Most envelopes I send require me to also esign. But today I  am not able to esign a new envelope. Screen goes blank. Have cleared cache & restarted. My client received & signed their portion fine. Not sure what to do? Thanks for any help.

Whenever I try to login, there is always an error that says “Error has occurred. Make sure your connection is stable and try again.” but when I tried to login to other machine, it successfully logged in. Do you have any idea how can I fix the error with my machine? They are both connected to the same internet 

Hello I have updated my card information and payment is still not going through. Funds are available. 

I am submitting a request to a Committee, and we need to show that each signer declined to approve. However, once the first person declines, it voids the entire envelope. How can I set up a docusign that each person can select Decline, and then sign? 

I have users who would benefit from seeing more data in the Dashboard and Tasks views.  For example, the Sales team enters some details about the request into the template via a Comments text box.  I haven’t been able to figure out how to include that helpful info as a column header.I’ve attached an example of what the End User sees, two examples of what headers I see and also the actual fields I’m looking for from the Template building Step 2:  Complete Form fields.

Support says:Log in to Docusign CLM as an administrator. Select the Trash folder in the folder list in the Documents view. The Trash page opens, showing all deleted content. Select File > Empty Trash. A dialog box opens where you must confirm the deletion. Type DELETE in the blank text field, and select OK.I can get to the Trash page and to select the file but cannot find the Empty Trash button anywhere?

I need to add a form to a current template or basically merge 2 templates if possible.  Can anyone explain to me how do do that? It is so hard not being able to call for help. So I would appreciate feedback. Thank you in advance 🙂

How can I remove myself from the previous brokerage.  The office is closing and we haven’t had DocuSign rooms for over a year.  My new office uses DocuSign rooms and can’t add me because my e-mail is still connected to the other office. 

When I uploaded the multipage document for signatures, the first 43 lines were blank.  I tried multiple times from different computers and different versions and the same thing happened.

Today I received three emails from three different originators that said I had a document ready to sign and it uses this Docusign website/logo for it’s identification. I have not clicked on any of the three emails, but instead came to the website directly to see if there were anything awaiting my signature. There is nothing new here for me to sign. i just wanted to pass this on and hope the docusign security is aware of this current pfishing expedition, and to see if they want any of the email data to investigate?

I send lease contracts out to people all the time and I need to edit the contract to reflect the correct name, lease start date and rent amounts. How can I edit the document for each person?

I noticed that when we send a document from our BMS, Applied Epic, after all signatures are completed, the signed documents automatically attach to the client file but the certificate of completion pdf does NOT attach.  We require to retain a copy of that certificate with our signed documents on file and now have to manually download it from DocuSign’s portal.  I could not find a setting to address this.  Can you please advise if this is possible and if so, how do I fix my settings to allow this to happen automatically? Thanks, Stacey

I created a document from a template, filled it out, shared it, only to find that it was shared half-filled out.I tried to correct it, but when hitting “next” after add recipients, it loads a blank screen under “Add Field Data.”When I click “review”, it just says, “something went wrong. Please try again.”I tried clicking on support and it asks me to log in. When I do, it just says, “unable to log in.” Contact support. Ironic.I can log into my account just fine and open documents. I tried clearing cache and cookies. I am using Chrome with no site-interfering extensions.
