Have a free account. Am being billed anyways. Can't contact support or place a case.
I downgraded to a free account a month ago. I was billed a $15 “recurring payment” in March for an account. This is not correct- I shouldn’t be billed, I’m not subscribed to any paid membership level. My account is labeled as “freemium.”
None of the support articles are helping.
I cannot contact support or place a case ticket because I’m not a paid member. I just need to talk to someone about why I’m still being billed, but I can’t find an avenue in which to do so.

We apologize for any inconvenience this bill may have caused, and I understand that you are having difficulties reaching out to a support or creating a ticket.
The workaround for creating a case is to use the bottom part of the page, which allows you to submit a case without logging in to your account.
