Hello, I am a resident of Romania and I need to sign a document but even though on the help centre it says that it work with either passport or ID, I was not able being told that the ID is not supported and the format of the passport is not supported. Did anyone encounter this problem before, and if yes how did you proceed?

So during the video call phase, when I showed my ID I was told that it is not supported so then I tried using my passport, and I was told that the format of the passport is not supported. Both are official documents emitted by the Romanian authorities, and on the support page I have seen that both should be supported. Other proof I do not have.
