Once the document is signed by the recipient, how does the preparer sign? How do you create a countersign section?

You need to add all signers into the envelope recipients. If the sender is also a signer, you need to enter their information as a recipient. You then assign fields to each signer on the document where they need to sign, date, etc.

If the sender was not added as a signer at the beginning - is there a way to correct this in a “completed envelope?
