I have created some templates and sent some out, but I want to set a few fields to be pre-fill so that I add the detail each time I send out (like company name, price) without changing the template.

 

When I go to the document, no matter what I di, the only option on the left by the pencil for pre-Fill is to add a line. There is no option to add a pre-fill text box or company name.

 

Any idea what is wrong?

I also have the same issue.. Just a line available in pre-filled tools

Are you not able to just tell us if the Prefill Line tool is the only one available to free accounts?

The Pre-Fill Tools are only available for Standard or above plans, if options are missing the configuration at the backend must be reviewed for this, a case with Docusign Support is needed, To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center, If you’re not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, you can find below the available phone numbers to contact Customer Support:

I am trying to proof worth to one of our business units, I am using a demo / trail / free account, according to Docusign this account is a Business Pro account, however when attempting to import the Sample Lease template, I get the following error: Does this mean the trail account do not support Prefill tabs?
