Hi all, I have 22 users set up on our business account with one person receiving an error message when uploading to an envelop to say the file size exceeds 25mb. However, a different user on our account seems to have been able to send it without any issues whatsoever. They are both trying to create the envelop in the same way so not sure what is happening. Any advice or suggestions as to why this is happening. They both have exactly the same set up re permissions etc.Thanks in advance!Katie  

Hello,We received a reminder from DocuSign about Microsoft sunsetting the old SharePoint Online connector on April 2, 2026, and that migration is required to avoid service disruption.We have tried to work through this ourselves, but we have not been able to complete the migration successfully. We would like to make use of the complimentary consultation with a DocuSign expert, as mentioned in the communication we received.However, despite contacting DocuSign multiple times by email (already twice), we have not received any response.Could someone from DocuSign please advise on:how we can get in touch with the right team, how to schedule the complimentary consultation, and what the best migration path is between the organisation-wide connector and the new site-level connector?We want to make sure this is resolved well before April 2, 2026 to avoid any service issues.Thank you in advance.

Good morning! Has anyone encountered the attached warning / notification before Please? I asked DS Support and they told me it could be either an incorrectly formatted mobile phone number or an invalid mobile phone number. I tested the Incorrectly formatted mobile number but that doesn't / cant be a logical rationale. DS runs default validation relative to your Country Code used...(e.g. In UK, numbers MUST start with a “7” and be 11 digits incl. Dialling code). ANY deviation from these parameters and envelope cant / wont progress. Its difficult to test Invalid number, I tried a few unlikely numbers and envelope was sent, so not really a consideration for this scenario. Any help much appreciated! Tks, Mike 

And then we might have a problem with HubSpot, because when an envelope is sent directly from HubSpot, the recipient page on HubSpot specifies the type of signature and verification to apply, and it always says "No verification," even though verification is included in the template.Do you think this is just a HubSpot bug, but does the envelope sent still have verification enabled?I believe so, based on the tests we've already done, but if this option were unlocked, we could change the verification type even when sending the envelope from HubSpot, which would avoid many problems and allow us to customize the sending process based on our verification needs.

I’ve created a web form that will be used as an inspection template.  A user at my level will perform the inspection using the Web Form and once completed, I’ll need to route the now clinic-specific inspection with findings to the appropriate team for acknowledgement signatures.  I’m at a standstill and need some help.General Web Form template with inspection content is created and currently living in My Web Forms. I or another user will perform the inspection.  Once complete, signatures from 2 different people will need to be obtained to sign off the inspection.  Because these inspections will now be clinic-specific, eSignature fields will not be the same from inspection form to inspection form. In thinking about this, if I am inspecting 14 clinics, do I need to create 14 Web Forms all named for the clinic to be inspected in the My Web Forms folder so the links to complete them are unique? A Docusign user sent me a document a few months ago before I had a Docusign account. I am unable to locate that person. Now that I have a Docusign account in the same email address used to send that document, is there any way I can access it?

Just want to put this out there...it’s April 2, 2026, and ever since Docusign made it’s latest updates to the site it has been harder to use.  It’s so slow and is becoming cluttered.  Some of the changes are really nice but it’s becoming a drag to use.

When a Docusign has already been generated and sent, how can I edit the email address or phone number, etc. when there are duplicate recipients and neither of them have signed? It keeps duplicating their names. So whoever I click on to edit, it will change the 2nd name to match the 1st and vice versa. I’ve set the signing order, which is a prompt you get when you try to proceed with the duplicate names, but it is still happening. Does anyone know how to correct?

I created multiple signatures (in different languages, actually) for different occasions, but there is no way for me to choose which one I'm gonna use. In all the documents that I was signing, my first signature was always being chosen automatically. I neither find any place I can choose which signature to use, nor find any settings about default signature to be used. Please help me.

I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment?

Hello we are having some instances where we send a document for external review and the client will download and replace with a different copy. Is there a way to block the ability to do so? we’d like the client to accept/decline/comment on the review but never replace the document for compliance reasons. Is there an easy way to do so? thanks!

Hi everyone, Via our DocuSign integration/ API, using recipients[].signers[].emailNotification.emailBody, we would like to customize the email message sent to each signer on a per-envelope basis as follows: - Embed protected images in that email message using CID (Content-ID). Is this approach supported by the DocuSign API? We are trying to test our configuration for Oracle Journey Integration with DocuSign however we are unable more than 2 documents. We have created docusign templates and have used the template ID in our Oracle journey tasks. We are unable to save the template id beyond 2 tasks. Can you pls confirm what is the limit in demo docusign environment for this ?

When I use the data field box it looks like it is covering the existing text. However, when I receive the document back from my client the data field box was transparently creating a blur of text, the old existing text, and the new changed text. How do I make the data box solid before filling in the text?

Hi everyone,I’m currently using the DocuSign eSignature API to create an envelope via Composite Templates. My setup involves two recipients with no signing order (parallel routing).To ensure tabs are visible to both parties, I have set the shared property to true for each tab within the inlineTemplates for the signers.The Problem: When the signing URL is opened, the shared tabs are appearing with a solid white background. I was expecting them to be transparent so they blend seamlessly with the document's underlying layout.My Questions: Is there a specific property I need to adjust / include to force transparency for shared tabs? Has anyone found a workaround to fix this? Any insights from the community would be helpful!Thank you,Quoc
