All i wanted to do is create a document that needs a signature. Now I cannot retrieve the document because my reset password is not accepting. I cannot get to the chat box for support to pop up. For a document to be scanned and emailed back, to this process has wasted a tremendous amount of time. And this process is also painful.

I am using DocuSign for 2 complex medical consent forms related to Embryo Adoption in our IVF program (I am a fertility doc). We will need to use the online notary function. It is very important that we get this right as disputes over frozen embryos are sadly not uncommon (Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb)...This is simply beyond my abilities so looking to outsource. The consents are written and approved by our legal team.

Hello, I have a user who is unable to log in using sso.  Profile does not show anything out of the norm.  Docusign seems to be up and running.  I can log in.  User sees error Contact your admin.  You don’t have permission to access this page.  Contact your account admin for more information.

Looking for a way to set up signature tag specifically, to always be on the same line of the document used with template. We noticed the tag is not on the same line all the time, and the issue seems to be the size of the document.I know we can let users move the tags before sending the initial envelope but looking for another way so the users don’t have to adjust the tags. How are others working around this? Thank you.

Hello, My company signed an agreement in July, paid in August and it is now December and we still have not been given access to an account. We flagged issues back in August and there have been MANY MANY emails and calls about it and I keep being reassured that DocuSign are fixing the issue (a huge DocuSign error and breach of GDPR) where they linked our contract and payment to an incorrect/different company yet it is still not resolved. It is taking so much of my time to deal with that I feel like I should be sending an invoice to DocuSign for the time I have spent trying to fix your mistakes and also the time I am loosing by having to go through a wet ink signing process as after five months we still have no electronic signing system. I am told by person #1 that person #2 will contact me, then person # 2 says it is person #1 who will contact me.I also emailed the general support ticket I had and got an automated message to say my tic

Hi, I’m implementing the SenderView in an iframe using the docusign-esign node package. I’ve set a returnUrl, however upon clicking Send in the iframe, it just redirects the user to the Sent list page instead of the returnUrl. As a result, we are unable to get any trigger or indication that the sending is complete and we don’t know when to close the iframe. Is this a known limitation? Are there any fixes or workarounds?

I have been trying since last April to get subscription canceled, get refund and thought it was taken care of until I got renewal notice in email tonight. It won’t let me open a new case to have them call me or respond to this request. So this forum will hopefully get the attention it needs to respond to the attached emails last year…. When my PowerForm is accessed through the URL, a message comes up that indicates they need to click a link. The link isn’t clickable and they have already gone to that URL to get to that point. Anyone know how I can get rid of that notation?

Hi, I’m creating a contract template and put in conditional logic to display certain sections based on a drop-down field. I also placed Document Generation Fields in those sections, is it possible to do so? I published this Document Template but am getting an error when I try to use the Document Template saying that my document failed to generate. We have many templates where signatories are divided in two parts. Someone from the first team signs  (signing group) and then someone from the second team signs (signing group). In between both signatures we have a step where a third party receives a CC mail, where they are notified the first team has signed so they can start their own, non-docusign related work.  The second team signs only when this third party team has completed their work, which is notified by email and not via docusign. The issue I have is that this third party intermediary should not be able to see the signatory of the second signature, for privacy reasons. By adding them as “CC” in a middle step they also have access to the final document, which includes the signatory of the second step and their details (name, phone number for OTP, email, etc.).My ideal scenario would be a “notification” step where the third party receives notification and knows they can start

I have a service agreement that can be filled out by 1 of 9 school districts. I have a dropdown on a webform with the 9 districts as choices. This is the functionality I want to achieve:- When a district is selected from the dropdown, the district information (address, city, state, zip, etc.) is automatically filled.- The recipient for the signature is different depending on the district. I want the signature request to go to the superintendent of whichever district is selected in the form field.Is this possible? Is there another way to set this up to achieve the functionality I am looking for?

I recently used docusign connect in my application and i had this doubt, Are the events for an envelope queued before sending them in the order of occurring. lets say i had 3 levels and the final recipient just receives a copy, no signing action. Now two events will occur right, recipient delivered, recipient completed which will happen so quick, now will this 2 events triggered in parallel, or will it happen one after another. that is only after recipient delivered event gets a 100 response will recipient completed event sent?

At the moment, I have to go into the options of each document individually and apply the template one by one, which is very time-consuming. Is there a way to apply a template to several documents at once, or any workflow/tool that can help streamline this process? Thanks in advance!

I have clients that might need to add an additional document, however, it would be as needed per client and per their discretion. Is there a way to give recipients the option to add an additional document? It would be the same document they are already signing, just additional ones.
