I have been sent a work contract, which I filled out and signed and then was lead to the “IDnow Online-Ident” app.

After having undergone the steps there (photos of IDs and NFC validation of my German ID) there came an error message and I could not continue. Now I tried to repeat the process, but am getting the (German) message that “The identification process using this transaction number has already been completed and cannot be carried out again.”

The company resent the envolope to sign, but the message stays the same.

The company says they had a problem with docusign before once and only the user could solve with docusign. But there are no possible ways for me to reach out to docusign, since the support page only offers a chat option which does not open (in neither firefox nor chrome browsers) and there seem to be no other options for me to reach support @ docusign.

I registered with a free trial account too, but get error messages, too”

Great to hear that you want to chat with me, but CHAT IS NOT WORKING!
