What is easiest way to search for old documents? Nothing I try seems to work

Search can be a bit hit-or-miss.

I usually search in “All Agreements” unless I know I’m looking for a “completed” or “in progress” envelope.

There are a few filters “on” by default. Check the space to the right of the search box and “x” out these defaults. Then add in any filters you need via the dropdown boxes, and enter your search terms.

Occasionally, I just restart the search (especially if I KNOW what I’m looking for exists, even if it’s not coming up in the results).
