I downgraded my account and cancelled before our annual automatic renewal date, yet a $700+ charge appeared on our card statement on what would have been our renewal date. I can’t submit a support ticket because I have a free account and phone customer service is nonexistent. This is an incredibly deceptive business practice and if I do not have a response in a timely manner to resolve this, we will be initiating a chargeback. 

Hello Community!I’ve been searching through the official Docusign documentation to find the expected latency for Connect webhooks, but I haven't had any luck.Does anyone know the typical delivery time for the Envelope Completed event from Docusign Connect after all documents are signed? I'm looking for the expected times in both the Demo and Production environments.I need to provide official documentation or a formal reference to a client, so any links or official quotes would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

For example, if there is a form that has 10 hard coded sections for wire transfers. 1. The sender would be required to fill out first 4 fields for as many wire transfer sections they will need from the recipient with a minimum of being at least first section up to 10.2.  The recipient would be required to fill out the last 3 fields in the sections that have data that was filled out by sender3.   If a section has no content from the sender, then the recipient does not have to fill out the last 3 fields in that section. Is there a way to ensure client fills out last 3 fields for each section the sender has data in the first 4 fields?    

Hello I am using Docusign eSignature and DocGen. We have the Docusign enterprise pro for salesforce plan. Is it possible to group two checkboxes created in the Document Custom Fields section? I have created these and inserted them into the template but they act independently of each other. I need the person filling out the form to check either one option or the other, but not be able to select both. Also, I am having an issue when inserting a custom field for Title that the end user should fill in as it does not line up with where the tag is placed on the template. It seems that anytime I insert a field that the end-user has the ability to write-in, they are not aligned properly and require manual intervention. 

Hello,We are trying to stack 3 different templates in one envelope with each template having a different signing order.Template 1: Officer, Member, Internal DeptTemplate 2: VP Officer, MemberTemplate 3: Member, Internal DeptWhen reviewing prior to sending these docs in one envelope, the signing order is duplicating the Internal Dept. Is there a way to avoid duplicates in these cases?Thanks!

The problem is as follows: I want to guarentee, that signatures from my account/using my Mail Adress can only be done when logged in. I’ve seen that the sender of an envelope can add this requirement and this usually works well.  However a lot of the senders have troubles implementing this requirement. In these cases, there is just a link to my inbox and when I click it, I can sign without any further requirements. This has raised a lot of security concers due to the different acesses to the inboxes and the data management systems at my institution. One the one hand, anyone with the link could sign the document; on the other hand, there would be no way to assure that the signature was set by the right person if this is debated in the future.  Is there a way to “lock” my account/ Mail Adress in a way that signatures can only be done after logging in? I have tons of records in DS IAM and sometimes, when I am unable to find a record based on the name of the contract, I am unable to find the record based on the “requestor” or “submitter”.  Can you please fix it so that we can Search for a record based on the name and/or email of the “requestor” and “signatory” within DS IAM please?  Thanks! 

 We are trying to raise a support case via the Docusign Support window, but on keying in the details to continue, the ‘No submit my case’ box is NOT enabled to click on.  Attached screen shot refers.Has anyone else encountered this issue please?

Hi Community,I am working on a DocuSign CLM workflow that combines a generated document with user-uploaded attachments into a single merged PDF using the Combine Documents workflow step.I followed advice from this community thread (https://community.docusign.com/clm-112/workflow-combine-documents-step-20902) which recommends adding a page break at the end of the main Word template so that the attached documents start on a new page in the merged output.What I did:Opened the main Word template (.docx) in CLM Placed the cursor at the very end of the document after all content Inserted a hard page break using Ctrl + Enter Saved and re-uploaded the template back to CLMProblem: The page break is not being pre
