This has been a repeated issue over the last year. I am getting duplicate emails for completed or voided documents. Emails that a client has viewed, completed, or I need to sign something… all emails you get in the course of a document being signed, except these documents are already completed and there shouldn’t be anything triggering these emails to go out to me. It’s very frustrating as it’s 10pm at night and my email is constantly lighting up with these emails. I’ve received 15 emails in the past hour. This bug is happening routinely and it’s getting old. Fix it, PLEASE. 

There appears to be no way to report on number of envelopes re-sent (or sent manual reminder). Anyone have a way of doing this? Or is this a request to the Docusign developers? 

I have a serious concern about fraudulent activity with Docusign which has cost me financially.  I submitted a case two weeks ago and have not received any response.  Despite searching through every part of Docusign, I have been unable to locate any telephone number to speak to anyone at all.  It seems the account holder with the company concerned will be able to escape having to answer for this fraudulent activity which is very difficult for me to understand.  Can anyone assist please?  Thanking you in advance.I have had to select a category to be able to post, however I am unable to see one in regards to my problem.  Apologies if I have made an incorrect selection.

How do i change the photo circled in red?

I have exact duplicate documents because we’d already been using Docusign to execute business contracts; then we performed a data dump of all Google drive records when we signed up for Navigator.  We’d like to delete one of the duplicate records.

My recipient is saying he is not getting the outgoing DocuSign email, it is not in his inbox or spam folder.  Can I send him a direct link to the document from my regular email?

I have a user in the same account (sender), but we are from different departments and couldn’t share the content of our documents. How can I set up my documents in a way this person hasn’t access to view? Thank you

Hey there, I can’t imagine I’m alone in this, but it looks like it’s only been asked once before on the forums over a year ago. My use case is for employment documents. I’m looking for a way to create templates in Docusign that align with our clause numbering. This is important because clauses must be referenced by future addendums should anything change. Currently, if you build a multi-level list and insert body text between them, there is no way to pick up the numbering or continue numbering. This is a functionality that exists in word document programs, but cannot be configured in Docusign. Importing a template with a list configured as we desire results in the list starting over at 1 with each line break. Can anyone provide any solutions or recommendations that have worked for you? I’ve opened a support ticket and spent time speaking with support but waiting to hear back. 

Date 2/6/26. Thousands of emails from Docusign today, from the email dse_na3.docusign.net. Microsoft Purview Defender has quarantined all of these as phishing emails. Has this happened to anyone else? We had to manually release almost 2000 emails. 

Hello everyone,I’m trying to design a workflow for a document that will be signed by employees from 100+ different companies, and then countersigned or approved by that employee’s manager at the same company.My initial idea is to have the employee (Signer 1) select their company from a dropdown field. Ideally, based on that selection, the correct manager/employer (Signer 2) would be automatically assigned as the next signer.The document would need to be accessed directly from our website (freestanding). However, with Web Forms, it appears that Signer 1 can assign any email address, which doesn’t meet our requirements.Does anyone know if this type of conditional signer assignment is possible in DocuSign (via Web Forms, PowerForms, or another approach)? Or is there a recommended workaround for this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Hi there,can a recipient of a 40 pages documents stamp one page and that stamp automatically appear in the rest of the document as if i had click it?i am aware of the feature autoplace to place stamps or signature fields automatically in the entire document but here i am referring at the recipient who receives the document and needs to either use stamp or his signature in every page of the document. can it be done only in one page and replicate in the rest? is there any way around it to make it faster/quicker?thanks in advance

I work for a construction company. Currently, I have set up a basic template for each document (Purchase Order, Subcontract, Commitment Change Order, Potential Change Order, Prime Contract Change Order, etc.). In the basic template, I set up the fields for each role (Project Manager, Project Executive, Group Manager, Architect, Owner, etc.). For each project, I create a copy of each template and fill in the project-specific user information for each role. Is there a way to autofill the user information for each role within each project so that I don’t have to fill each document template out for each project every time? Also, is there a way to get the project-specific templates to pull information from the basic templates so that if there is a change in a document’s role workflow, I only have to enter that change into the base template?

Working on automating contract templates. Some elements may or may not be displayed due to the person’s hiring status. For instance, if Variable A = {Class 1}, we need to hide clause 2 in our document and all subsequent numbers must be adjusted. The best way to handle auto-numbering is to establish a list, but the conditions function does not allow this. Has the community found any workarounds? While I understand the solution might be “create a contract template for each iteration/combination,” I really don’t want to create or maintain 81 different templates for 1 of our 6 entities. Conditional logic should be designed to solve this. Cheers! 

I have been unable to fully open Docusign Rooms for almost two months. Tech support closed the case and said "Good Luck" but we can't help. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried every concievable fix to no avail.

After sending an envelope I realized one of the email addresses is incorrect. When in the agreements tab while the document is in progress and no one has signed the “correct” option was always in the dropdown menu to select and would let me update an address and resend, however it is no longer listed in the menu of choices. Help sources say this feature exists.  I’ve tried logging out and signing in again and a different browser. Has anyone else had this issue?

After experiencing a significant outage for my largest user group for DocuSign at my organization, I have been asked by management to confirm DocuSign’s role in third party integrations like SAP Ariba falling out of compliance resulting in a complete rejection of signature tasks.Are these third parties reviewed or tested on a regular schedule? DocuSign was very quick to respond and helpful working with the integration team at SAP and it is working.But the question I was asked by our management team is why this wasn’t identified sooner? If anyone has information or experience in overseeing integrations with DocuSign and some best practices you have adopted in your team, I would be grateful to know it.Thanks!

I sent out a real estate sales contract to the buyer.  The buyer asked me to change the closing date.  I deleted that document from the packet and inserted a replacement document.  Now I need to put in the initial and signing locations and resend the entire packet.   Is this possible?  Or do I have to just resent the entire packet and redo all the signing and initial locations?

Hiya I have a health and safety document that needs to be signed by 13 people. This has been received by 6 people but the other 7 people have said they have not received any emails from docusign - they have checked their junk mail also and nothing in there.I have tried re sending but still no luck, looking at the document is says waiting above the emails that are not receiving the document
