Hello DocuSign community,We have installed a DocuSign package in our org however we encountered an administrator as status ‘Pending’ the rest of our users are in status ‘Active’, please help me out what actions are needed to change the status of this user. Please see attachment for reference. 

Community,Need some help with bulk sending please!My custom fields are not being recognized when starting an envelope, then opening the template, and selecting the csv below. When I download a sample csv, it doesn’t have most of the custom fields that have been created.I’m sure the csv header is not pulling across or formatted correctly.Thanks!                                 

I need help with troubleshooting an envelope. A signer was redirected to https://authentication.idnow.de/docusign/requestsignature to request a digital signature. But was stuck. I did not correct my envelope whatsoever and there is no error prompted from me (the sender). 

DocuSign support is terrible. Not only is the response time 24 hours from each posted query, but phone support agents barely speak English, and when they can't figure out the answer to your problem after putting you on hold, they disconnect the call. This has happened twice now on a single support case (still unresolved)-- and the support agents never call you back, even though they have my phone number, so it's not a call reception or other phone issue. Is there someone higher up at DocuSign who is in charge of DocuSign Support, and what is their contact info?

Hi, we have added a document and when we go to add merge fields we get a, ‘Attempt to de-reference a null object’.  The message disappears and then we can add merge fields. We then go to add the merge fields fields into the document and receive a ‘Save Error: Some Fields may be out of Sync Error’. We have disconnected as suggested in related articles but that did not solve the issue. Any other suggestions?Thanks

Hello all,I work in the public sector for Olmsted County, MN, USA.  We are trying to raise empathy awareness with our staff about electronic accessibility requirements and compliance.  Is there or could someone create a video showing someone filling out and signing a Docusign form using a screen reader? Even better, a “bad” experience because the form wasn’t created properly, and an “ideal” experience where the source document was built using Style Headings, Numbered/Bulleted lists, and the form has meaningful data labels and tool tips.I’m in the process of learning how to use a screen reader but I am not proficient enough to create my own demonstration.  I am also curious, is the screen reader able to see the content of the document or just the fields? I noticed that hyperlinks in a Word Document are removed (flattened?) after the document is uploaded into an envelope/template.  Which in a way makes sense since the purpose of Docusign is to fill out and sign a form, not use the form a

Hello, I am operating in a weird jurisdiction that partially accept digital signature, only if the digital signature looks the same as the person's signature in their passport/IDs. However, the current DocuSign default setting for signee signature is an autogenerated signature that looks like the typed version of their name. This results in us having to re-send signing invitations so people can correct their signature, which is highly inefficient, especially when signees are unfamiliar with DocuSign features.Is it possible to disable this 'default' and as an exchange, making 'Draw' or 'Upload' the default? Thank you

How i can sign a document offline? When i have at longer time no connections.

I have a completed docusign PDFI have no idea who it is from or what it is about and I can't access the envelope. Need to make sure no one is trying to use my account to sign documents

"I have around 40 documents in DocuSign, and I'm trying to reorganize them. Is there an easy way to move and reposition multiple documents at once? Currently, I can only move one document at a time by dragging it with the mouse, and even then, it only shifts by about two rows. Also, I can't select more than one file at a time. Is there a workaround or a feature I'm missing?"Thanks

We have been successfully using the API end-point since around March 2024 with a custom built plugin in WordPress Gravity Forms on our USA server. I am working in DocuSign Gen in DocuSign Apps Launcher in salesforce. Before our managers sign any contracts, should we make sure they receive an internal document (e.g., a contract summary or explanation) so they understand the content and context of the agreement, even though they do not initiate the signing process themselves? What would be the best practice for this?Thank you

Hello,I’m using a date field in CLM forms and I need the “dd MMMM yyyy” format, but the month name is always displayed in English (e.g., 30 September 2025).Is there any option to generate the date in a localized full format, so the month name appears in Portuguese (e.g., 30 de Setembro de 2025)?If not, is Docusign planning to support/translate localized date formats in CLM document generation?Thanks! 

Hello,I am using the Doc Gen step within my workflow to generate a document based on initial form data.The issue I'm facing is related to data coming from a table in the initial form (multiple entries/rows). When I use the “TableRow Select” or “Repeat Select” tags in my Word template to display this data in a table, only the last row of data entered in the form is showing in the generated document. The previous rows are being overwritten.For example, if I enter 2 lines of data in the form's table, the generated document only displays the second line.This is the initial form:I tried both ways:Later, in the WF, the message I get in the Doc Gen step: And the result is:How can I ensure that the tags properly iterates over ALL rows of my input table data and dynamically creates a new table row for each entry in the generated document, instead of just showing the last one?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
