Docusign API - how to hide the radio button's group name and value

When I hover over the radio buttons it shows the tooltip along with radiogroup name and radio button’s value. I don’t want user to see the radio group name and radio button value when they hover over radiobuittons. how to hide it using Docusign API

Regarding esignature email

My question is, I implemented the send email in c# code(generated jwttoken and created an envelope, workflowid) and a frontend implementation, I am getting envelopeId and I am able to see the sent email in my developer account, but the mail is not receiving to their respective mails.

Question about custom fields API

I am having lots of trouble searching and finding solutions from DocuSign, Currently our Loan Origination System (we are financial Institution) does not send their mapped fields such as Account number, thru their API. I'm wondering if anyone here in the financial industry (bank or Credit Union) have any pointers on how to retrieve the LOS mapped field in order for us to file it in Cold Storage. If any financial institution is willing to assist, We would be glad to speak to you. Thank you so much!

Refresh Token Expiry

What scope parameter value should we use for the Authorization Code endpoint to ensure that the refresh token never expires? Currently, we have set the scope to "signature extended," but the refresh token still expires after 30 days.

API - DocuSign have any API to get details of maintenance or system down for processing envelops

In recent past, we have observed that, due to down time of DocuSign, multiple agreements/envelops are not processed to next state even after signer has signed it. When we dig down it, we found that, events are not received from DocuSign due to down time.Ask is:Do we have any API where it indicates the upcoming maintenance information or down time? So that we can act accordingly.

How do I go about handling ds_callback

I’m trying to understand the functioning and upgrade my application to the new standard for DocuSign but im having an issue around the ds_callback. It seems I can’t run my own docusign module without implementing the router service as well but that just redirects me away from my testing page. Is there a way around not having to use the RouterService in the example?

Changing Radio Button Size with API

I am working on converting a bunch of hand written forms to DocuSign.  Our system uses the DocuSign API and connects to it using the C# .NET SDK.This works well for most fields and anchor tags but, recently, we have started adding fields like checkboxes and radio buttons.  However, it appears that radio buttons do not have any sort of measurement associated with them in their class (no scale, no width/height, etc.).  The only size related field I can find is fontsize, but changing that does not appear to change the size of the radio button.Is there any way to change the size of a radio button for a form submitted through the DocuSign API?

Converting eSignature calls to eNotary calls

I haven’t dug into the eNotary much yet, but one of our teams is looking to implement RON into their workflows.  The contracts are currently sent with the eSignatue api utilizing the C# SDK.  My question is how difficult it is to change this to use the eNotary API are there any guides to do this without having to rebuild all the existing code or is it just as simple as enabling the document for notary when I send the API call?

Google Address API or similar

We have a application form that includes Address for Postage. We would like the address to be validated. We are a charity, so we cant afford to send items to the wrong address. Is there a google api for address validation? I cant anything on this.

Multiple pages requesting Signature when only a single Anchor String present

When using the APIs and adding SignHere with an anchor string the first page is requesting a signature also even though  there is no anchor string present on the first page.  Have tried variations with, and without, pagenumber, documentId, AnchorIgnoreIfNotPresent but still the samehelp?

Docusign API - Either of a text box to be enabled at a time

Using Dosucisgn APII’ve 2 text boxes - requirement is if an user enters anything in one of the text box then the other should get disabled/locked and vice versa. I know it could be achieved by having radio buttons but it is govt regulated form and don’t want to add new fields in the form. How to achieve it using Docusign API?

Problem with custom fields.

Hello,I am sending envelopes using templates via Rest API and filling in the information of custom fields when creating the draft. This information is correctly appearing in the reports, but when the user accesses the envelope through the browser, these fields simply do not appear. How do I make them also appear in the interface for users to be able to edit? Visual custom fields default Viewing the field sent by the API in the interface  Note that most of the custom fields are "Disappeared" from the envelope view. I need you to show up for editing.

Can't be able to extend expiration of an envelope

Hello Everyone,When we create the envelope by default expiry be after 120 days. We tried to extend expiry of an envelope by adding number days to the expireAfter method but it still not updating, let me know the process to add new expiry day to the envelope. May I know that we can extend the expiration of an envelope by using developer account or not else we need any subscription to extend the expiration of an envelope.And also, please let me know I need to configure any setting in the developer account from my end.Thanks and RegardsCharan Balam

Error logging in

we’’re getting these errors connecting on certain computers, others work fine with the same accounts. I want to change checkbox custom field size and color with REST API

First of all I tried with sending properties in my API json body then I am trying manually with Docusign site editor and I find that in editor it is also not working. I also have other fields and they are working fine in my API as well as Docusign Editor. But I am not able to change checkbox color and size with both methods. So I am not sure what can I do.

DocuSign Focused view issue

Hi everyone I ran into this issue hopefully someone can help me outIssueWeb App with  https://test.domain1.ioLaunches iFrame in modal window to https://test.domain2.io(different domains)The iFrame app launches Docusign using Focused View and client libraries from DocuSign for end user to sign. The launch will not work and there is an error in the console showing -Refused to frame 'https://apps-d.docusign.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors https://test.domain2.io" I am following this how-to:https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/request-signature-focused-view/ I also put both domains (https://test.domain1.io, https://test.domain2.io, https://apps-d.docusign.com) in  frameAncestors field when creating the recipient view URL. How can we pass https://test.domain1.io to the Docusign so it will properly configure the CSP?

Customer integration request for integrations per user

Hello,I am a developer of a software package that integrates with docusign.  Our customers purchase the license and use our admin tool to update the integration information.  Our code then uses that authentication to make the calls. We have a certain customer who is asking us to allow them to configure an integration key per user.  Meaning they’d like us to enhance our user setup admin to give them a place to save the oauth information per user.I’ve read the documentation and understand that it’s recommended there be a single integration key per integration between docusign and the third party software (our suite).  Their reasoning to the best of my understanding is to allow different integrations for users in different regions or countries (I’m not certain the actual differentiation). We proposed enhancing our current admin (where they now enter a single integration key and authentication to docusign) to allow multiple entries, and then they would be able to select an integration from

Docusign API - Note tab not working

I’m trying to add a note tab it is being displayed but the value which I want to show is not displayed.Trying to set value by calling setValue method of Note tab. This is how it appears on screenAny leads on how to resolve it is appreciated.I also tried adding tool tip and it doesn’t work either.

Custom Built App Integration for Dynamic PDF

Hi all,I am attempting to implement a very specific use case that I’d hope/assume is possible:Background Info:We have developed an internal tool for a client that allows users to create daily work records. These daily work records are dynamic, obviously, due to the record containing the work performed for that day. Currently, the end of each day, the users download the pdf, email it to their customers, and have them download and digitally sign however they can, and resend it back. We are already generating a pdf with the data for that day, so once the record is submitted for the day, that document is static.The Feature:We want to take this static pdf, and add a signature spot at the bottom of the page for the customer to retrieve an email with the docusign signature request, rather than a simple email with an attached document. The clear pathway I see that is probably the easiest implementation would be creating a blank template with a signature field on it, and when we send the email,

How to monitor multiple envelopes sent by different users in my organization and update a database?

Hello Docusign community!I need to update a database whenever an envelope receives a signature (it's not enough to simply check if it's completed; I need to be notified for each signature). However, in my organization, several people send documents for signature, and I need to monitor all of them. So, how can I perform real-time monitoring of multiple envelopes sent by different users (within the same organization)? I have access to everyone's envelopes. Would this be done using an API? Can I achieve this in Python or with another resource? How?

Hi, Is there any docusign setting which can work with multiple users id (guid), for now if we make API call with others user id (no creator of app) it doesn’t work, it is asking for creator user id in order to work.Help.

Need help

Hi everyone,Calling from Thailand. We using DocuSign with  SAPSF to initiate Recruitment Document and get candidate to sign. Now we are working with Rolling Arrays to establish their ePfile to connect with our SF. They need to have DocuSign configuration details but I can’t find it. Anyone know or has any experience connect with ePfile or could help navigate would really appreciated.Yui
