I’m trying to receive webhook notifications from DocuSign on my endpoint but the request fails with the error:"The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."My server supports TLS 1.3 minimum. DocuSign webhook requests fail when attempting to connect.Does DocuSign support TLS 1.3 for webhooks? If not, is there a workaround or fix to make this work?

I am creating an envelope using the API and adding multiple documents and using Auto-Place to add the “Sign Here” tabs. The anchor string is the same on both documents but I would like the tabs to only place on the document specified by the “DocumentId” on the tab. Hi. We have a free developer API account and are using our API calls prior to going live. When sending a document to sign via DocuSign, the signer isn't able to sign from her own DocuSign account. When document is sent, there is nowhere for her to log in to her own DocuSign account to sign the document. She is only able to sign the document with a generic signature. Is this because we are only testing in the free developer API account? Once we go live, will the signer be able to log in to her DocuSign account to sign the document using her uploaded signature? ok, this is my case. I’m using a template with a text fields that pre filled them using docusing sdk for C#. When i create the signerUrl using CreateRecipientView method, all is ok; but when I use CreateSenderView and the status is “sent” those text fields are empty. So, basically I want to those text fields (like, name, office, phone number) even when the status is sent or completed. Even I get the PDF document using “GetDocument” and it does not shows the text fields. Should I use another field different than a text field?The main idea is to somebody else (different than the signer) to review the document (signed or not)

Hi everyone,I’d like to automate a process between HubSpot and DocuSign where a document is sent out for signature to an external recipient (e.g. a client), without me, as the sender, being required to sign it.Here’s the situation: I’m using HubSpot to trigger workflows. I want HubSpot to automatically trigger a DocuSign envelope when a condition is met (e.g. deal stage changes). The envelope should go only to the external signer. I, the internal sender, do not need to sign the document, and ideally shouldn’t have to interact with the envelope manually. I'm concerned because my user is secured with 2FA, and I want to make sure I can still automate this securely. My questions: Is it possible to use the DocuSign integration (or API via middleware like Zapier/Make/Tray.io) to send a signature request without the sender being a signer? How would you structure the envelope and workflow to make this happen securely? Does the 2FA requirement on my account limit these automations i

i have docusign production account. can with one app created in it. is there an option to create another app ans use it to send envelopes.but app1 and app 2 callbacks should not overlap with each other

Hi Team,I have got a developer account with unlimited envelopes, but I am getting error :: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDEDThe portal shows this which suggests that we have only used 100 envelopes out of Unlimited. :: The limit did not reset in the hour interval. we waited to about 3 hours and made the call again, got same error.Any help, or pointers to help us fix this issue is greatly appreciated.

Hello everyoneWe use Docusign in our software to send requests through e-mail and I would like to test sending using SMS and WhatsApp as well so we can implement that in our production envirment.I’m using a developer account and our software connects to Docusing using the external applications only , like the imagge belowIs there any way to use the SMS or Whatsapp delivery method using this kind of integration?Even in our production enviroment it’s not possible to check that boxes: Every time we try to send using the SMS or WhatsApp method, we get a 'This account lacks sufficient permissions. Account lacks permission to send Envelopes over SMS' error. What do we need to do to resolve this issue? If one of our clients has this permission, will we be able to send an envelope using their credentials via SMS or WhatsApp?

Hello all, I am a developer using the eSignature API (specifically the Envelopes API) to construct Envelopes from multiple Composite templates.My goal: I have a use case where I need to download a specific document from a signed Envelope. I want to understand the best / most efficient way to accomplish this. After taking a look at the API documentation, I see that the only way to download a specific document from an Envelope is to use the EnvelopeDocuments:get API, which requires passing in the documentId. I also know that despite specifying unique documentIds in each composite template, the documentId field is not guaranteed to stay the same as the envelope assigns new values to avoid any potential collisions. (See Referencing ID values here). This makes getting the documentId challenging, and I am wondering what is the best way to accomplish this. Hi DocuSign Community,I have a requirement where, whenever an envelope is sent through DocuSign, the recipient currently sees "docusign.net" as the sender's email domain (e.g., dse_demo@docusign.net). Instead, I would like the recipient to see the actual email address of the person who sent the envelope (e.g., john.doe@example.com).Here are my questions: Is it possible to achieve this using DocuSign APIs? Specifically: Can we dynamically provide a unique sender email address for every envelope we send through the API? Can this email address replace the docusign.net domain so the recipient sees the actual sender's email in their inbox? If the above requirement is not possible, what are the recommended solutions to achieve better sender identification and transparency? The goal is to provide better transparency and identification for recipients, allowing them to immediately recognize the sender. Let me know if this is achievable and what solutions can take me closer to this requirement.

Hi,I’m trying to add a digital signature by forwarding a completed contract—i.e., the employee candidate has already completed their signature. I then add HR representatives as recipients in chronological order, with signature and date placeholders, by forwarding the completed contract using the DocuSign APIs.Everything is working perfectly in the development environment. However, in the DocuSign production account, when I forward the contract (which is in a "completed" status with the candidate's signature) to HR reps for additional signatures, the candidate’s signature disappears.This issue does not occur when I perform the same process manually through the DocuSign interface—only when using the API.Could anyone help me resolve this issue?Thanks,Manikandan T

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know how I can check if my subscription allows use of specific API calls? We’re targeting for DocGen API, and I find this list Docusign Developer API | Plans & Pricing pretty vague.My current idea of checking is/are:via Account > Plan and Billing then checking for APIs in the plans and pricing. Or using Postman with existing apps and keys in our production account to check if it’ll pass (havent tried this yet)This is our first time to use APIs with docusign. Our apps and keys are automatically generated via the DocuSign Negotiate package that we have on Salesforce. I’m having a hard time contacting support and creating a case (as I do not have direct access to prod). Any suggestions how I can check it? Appreciate all your responses. Thank you!

We have an issue connecting SAP Ariba with docusign, the error specifies that the id from airba doesn´t match the id from docusign during the consent phase. Although both users are equal (matching also the lower and upper cases, no blank spaces also). See attached info with screenshotsThis integration works fine in our sandbox.Any clue?
