eSignature API

Hi, We want to automate the creation of documents and their sending for signature.I suppose it is possible to create documents from templates created in Docusign using an API, to which we pass the particular data of each case.My question is about the custom fields that we can configure with the signature (checkboxes, texts, dates...). Is it possible to read the information or status of these custom fields from the API? To save the data in our system.Thanks.

Good Day, I’m using the RESTAPI to send documents from an in-house developed system to DocuSign to be sent out to recipients.The setup is as follows:Roles have been setup as signatory 1, signatory 2, signatory 3, etc The documents to be sent have the same format but with different, names, titles, etc. example: document1 is meant for signatory 1, document2 is meant for signatory 2, document3 is meant for signatory 3, etc Each of these documents also has signing fields for Director 1 and Director 2.   The documents are included for matching.   On DocuSign, I’ve created individual templates for each of the documents. example: there is a template for document1, a template for document 2, a template for document 3, e

I have setup docusign API, Every thing is working fine . I can create envelop and can see the envelop id in response but signer is not receiving any emails to sign the documents. 

How do I change an Envelope’s  recipient without losing the tab values that may already have been filled by the previous user using esign api ?Few things I have found and triedcollaborative fields are persisted over recipient updatesupdate recipient removes the fields that were filled by the previous recipient (using Finish Later option)If update follows the following steps1. mark all fields for recipient as shared: true using updateRecipientTabs api2 update recipient3 reset changes done in step 1This works but it looks like a lot of over complication.

As a DocuSign Admin, I'm trying to update the API Username (running user) for our Salesforce integration. Previously, my work email was set as the running user, which we want to change to a dedicated service account email. However, the DocuSign interface has been updated, and I can't locate this setting anymore. Can someone guide me to where I can find and update the API Username or running user for our Salesforce integration in the current DocuSign admin interface?

I want to be able to update email of an envelope and resend in case where invalid or wrong email is inputted by the user.I am using this endpoint:(PUT) [base_path]/restapi/v2.1/accounts/[accountId]/envelopes/[envelopeId]/recipients?resend_envelope=trueAnd this parameter: {  "signers": [    {      "email": "<email>",      "name": "<full_name>",      "roleName": "<roleName>",      "recipientId": "<recipientId>"    }  ]}After sending it, the email is modified and they receive the document to sign, but the position to sign disappears, how do i rectify this, i want the updated envelope to come with the signer tab. Also when i change the email from an existing email that was sent to the document, the older email still has access to the document, i also want their access to be nullified. Thanks

We are trying to use the “Request a signature using focused view” within our .Net Application (C#) and are having trouble using the Fixed Signature placement in the top right of the document. Note: The PDF’s we are having signed cannot be setup with the anchor because they will be invoices coming from multiple customers.  We have it working using the anchor but when we switch to the fixed XPosition and YPosition, the document gets submitted and we can display it but the signature is not placed on the document. Here is the SignHere tab (comment is the working anchor). I tried width and height to see if it happened to be hidden 1 x 1 pixel, but no luck.   Are we missing something in order to get the fixed signature placement on the document?

Hello everyone, I am working as a programmer at a technology company and have the opportunity to work on a separate project with a client, Terus. This order is still normal, but there is a requirement from my client, Terus, that I must use eSignature API for some of their automatic functions. I have never approached eSignature API before in a learning environment. I accidentally searched and saw that everyone shared about eSignature API on the forum, so I want to ask everyone where to start learning?I also talked to Terus and they accepted that I did not know how to use it and told me to learn and complete the related functions at the end. Hi All,In my document i have an anchor string “I:” in multiple places and the connector is adding at all places where it finds “I:”, but when I try to enter some values in those text boxes, same value is being taken automatically in every text boxes in the document. Sample ImageI entered - Test2 in the first text box and same value is being auto populated in other two text boxes as well. Can anyone help me on the same? RegardsSasikanth

Hello, We’ve been asked to integrate eSignature in one of our internal web applications (named Talent) so our users can sign electronically during annual assessments.I’m in charge for integrating DocuSign in Talent using Authorization Code Grant flow. I have followed the example provided in GitHub and added another AuthenticationScheme in the client as the default one is already used.However, I met a CORS issue when calling DocuSign as a preflight request was sent before the original request and failed as the header “Access-Control-Allow-Origin” was missing.In my first attempt, I tried to enable CORS in the integration application from DocuSign “My Keys and Apps”, not working, then I implemented a CORS middleware following Microsoft documentation, but it didn’t solve my problem. I had a scripted CUstom button, then undeployed this script and disabled it in the Config page.  Now there is only 1 custom button enabled, the UI Custom button.  I am not sure how or what the trigger was added on the UI custom button and now hides it whenever the button is clicked (signing into Docusign).   How do we make the “SS Send Credit App” button not hidden on the Customer form after logging into Docusign?  or which scripts may have been impacted?
