not sure what to do, please help as I am new to the api and am trying to test it out

I have requirement for DocuSign “Finish Later” option using API. Is it possible to hide the popup that appear once user click on Finish Later button. Refer below screenshotIs it possible to make Email Field editable that shows in above screenshot.

I have written a C# API that receives a payload from the DocuSign Connect (Webhook).   I have no issue in receiving events when a document is changes (event for signatures, deleted, void, completed, etc...).   The issue is that when I do received the JSON payload, I have no idea what model class I need to deserialize (using Newton Soft JSON utilities) into.  Without the model, I cannot extract any properties (without a model) from the deserialized string and a C# and a compilation error occurs.Is there a proper model I can deserialize the JSON string to?

In our ReactJS application, we are using the react-pdf library to render PDF documents. As part of our e-signature process, we position signature and date tabs on PDF files using specified X and Y coordinates.However, we’ve observed a slight deviation of a few pixels in the placement of these tabs, which is affecting the accuracy of the signature positioning. We would appreciate your assistance in investigating this issue to ensure precise alignment of the signature elements.Any thoughts how to correct this?

I created a developer account from South Korea. However, about 10 to 15 minutes after logging in, I was forcibly logged out. When attempting to log in again, I received an error message saying the password is incorrect.Although I received the password reset email, the content says:"We received a request to reset the DocuSign password for this email, but no account exists. If you are trying to access a document, please use the link you received in email..."This issue keeps recurring and is preventing me from testing DocuSign APIs properly, which is very inconvenient.Once I receive a reply from the support team, I will provide my developer account email via private message.Thank you for your support.

i have implemented docusign apis in my nodejs application after that i have followed review app stepsthen when i try to switch to the production mode in it i am getting { error: 'invalid_grant', error_description: 'issuer_not_found' } error i need help to resolve this error

Hi all,I have a use case that involves multiple users signing documents using the CEO's name and signature style.For example, there are about 10 department managers who sometimes need to sign contracts on behalf of the CEO.Instead of having each manager manually set up the CEO's signature in their own account (which would be time-consuming), I’d like to use the API to configure the CEO's name and signature image for all of them in bulk. My goals are:Apply a standardized CEO-style signature to all relevant users.Automate this via the DocuSign API (so no manual configuration per user). My questions:Is it possible to programmatically assign a specific signature (name and image) to multiple users?Is there an API method to do this in bulk?Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!

Hi,I am using the python quickstart app, with my developer account, to create an account. It fails to do so and that is apparently because there is no plan item associated with the org.  I have attached error screenshot. Could someone please help with how can plan items can be created.

Hey there, I’m currently using the composite template feature and combining a template from users docusign account with a generated contract, but that document sends together as a one single merged document. I want to send these 2 documents separately how can I do that? Is there any setting of some sort to handle this?

We are seeing a new issue with our workflow to manage templates via the API* where the font is changing from Arial to Lucida Console in the final template (the workflow is basically copying a template from the demo environment to the production environment).Per the May release notes, the default font is changing *to* Arial and Lucida Console will no longer be supported. Hi,I have a scenaio, which I found little weird when I was testing reassignments. Below is the scenario.I have 3 signers A (signing order 1), B (signing Order 2) and C (signing Order 3).Signer A has signed the envelope. Now envelope is corrected, Signer B is changed to Signer A. Signer A is the 2nd order signer now. Signer A reasigned it again back to Signer B. Signer B is now the 2nd order signer again. But I see Signer A is not added as a CC recipient after reassignment. Question 1. Why Signer A is not in the CC recipient?Question 2. I get the API response from Docusign after reassignment, why there was no CC recipient in that response?Question 3. As per the API respose we recieve after reassign. How would someone know who has reassigned to whom ?Let me know if there is any question for me.Thanks in advance.

Hello,We are implementing docusign signatures for our product where we will create envelopes and send contract documents to our clients for their signatures.But we are getting “ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED”, we are using a free developer account for this and I believe if we have reached the limit for the developer account tier.Can someone assist in the solution and if we go for paid plan then how much contracts we can send to our clients to sign? As per my knowledge, an envelope can have multiple documents.We plan to send multiple contracts which might have many documents in them so the number of envelopes our business would require could exceed 400-500 (a mere ballpark figure).The plans I have seen allow like less than 100 envelopes We will be implementing webhooks and APIs for all this envelope creation and sync the statuses of the envelopes (signed or not)Would really appreciate the feedback

Team, Did this years ago and it was much simpler.  I am trying to connect my ERP (Oracle Cloud) to DocuSign (DS). I created a dev account of DS.  I added the following as required by Oracle CloudUser ID Account ID Endpoint URL The above are available in settings. However, the last thing Oracle Cloud asks for is an Oauth URL.  I cannot find this.  I searched help and looked in connected apps...only github.  Sounds like I am suppose to create a connected app for Oracle Cloud and add the URLs (so DS knows who is connecting), but I am just guessing here. I have no idea what to do next, would be great if someone could help me out.  There is only one close response in the help docs and the helpee could not get it to work… TIA to anyone who can help here.

My organization has a lot of existing Power Automate flows that use Adobe Sign.  I’d like to transition them to Docusign, but am hitting a huge obstacle.The flows currently work like thisGet MS Form response Populate a Microsoft Word Template (selects the doc and fills out all the template fields using the responses from the form) Send to Adobe SignThe template document referenced in step 2 has Adobe Text Tag fields such as {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}} that identifies where Signer1’s signature should go.  I have not found any equivalent way to do this in Docusign.  I’m really surprised that this would be so difficult.  There’s no text tags I can add to the document that will tell Docusign where I want the signatures to go?  I attempted to make to something like this:
