After recieving a notice 'delivery failure' and for the following reason: Auto Responded: Correct to fix email address errors, I reviewed the email address and there was no error. What else could have caused the delivery failure?

Im curious about when somebody is CC'd on a Docusign, when do they actually get notified of the Docusign. Is it only when its completed? I was assuming that when its sent out, the CC'd parties all see the Docusign going out (basically like a standard email) so I was relying on the CC'd parties being aware the Docusign has been sent out. I was just told they only see it AFTER its completed, so the CC'd party does not know the Docusign has been sent and potentially waiting for the signing parties need to sign. Is this true?

I have resent a lot of original envelopes in the past and am wondering if this adds an envelope to my sent total for each resend or does this count as only one envelope sent for the original one created?

I am being assigned a new account and my completed documents won't be transferring with me. I will need to access them in the future potentially.

My Customer & I have received 2 emails each saying their DocuSign document has been voided. The document it refers to was actually signed and completed 1 month ago. How do I get these email notifications to stop?

Hi I have a use-case where i developed a template for a certain business unit in our organization but everytime the template is used the mails are sent with my email instead of the teams' email. 

While the envelope was still in-process, we downloaded the partially signed document to see the current signatures. Later, the envelope expired and was therefore voided. Can we still use the signatures on the pdf we already had? If we were to download the envelope now it would have the "Void" watermark, but the previously downloaded pdf looks clean. So technically we could use that partially signed pdf to obtain the missing signatures in counterpart. However, the IDs on the existing signatures are now associated with a voided envelope, so it seems to me they would not be valid and everyone still needs to re-sign. Is this correct?Thank you!

Thought I had it set up, but when I hit 'send' it says I haven't attached all the fields to all recipients. Also, during test runs to myself, I'm getting a second receipt email that says I'll get one once all recipients have signed (sending to personal email, NOT DS account email). How do I stop that?

I need to send the same document to different companies for signature. I created a template that has my signature in it already, so I don't have to sign multiple times.I now need to send it to these companies. I click on the template, add all fields, add the recipients from each company but there's no 'SEND' button. The last step is 'save and close'.Where do I go to send them? Also, will this send it to them separately?

Hi, we want to deliver a revision 1.00 document to a customer, and allow them to make markups and comments to share with us, so that we might address them for a Revision 2.00. They are familiar with using Adobe Acrobat for making PDF comments, or using Microsoft Word review tab, but we're not a big fan of delivering Word files. I understand that editing a document is not possible once it's signed. But is there a method for the customer to freely mark up the document or add comments/callouts? We do not want want to litter the whole document with input form textboxes - too much effort to set up for each document, and it doesn't meet the goal because this is too restrictive, when the comment might point to a particular word on a particular line, or a particular part of a graphic. What are the alternatives?
