I have tried to:Delete the word confidentiality from the original Word document, type it again and resave it as a PDF Reformat the header (the word confidential and confidentiality is featured in other areas on the document but only the header in one place is loosing the 'i')Put the word 'confidentiality' in a text box and resave the doc as a pdf I even did a test where I changed the letter 't' for an 'f' and the same thing happened!None of the above has helped.Has anyone else ever come across a problem like this and if so does anyone know how to fix it?

A bit of a strange one, every time I upload a PDF contract for esigning to Docusign, the letter 'i' disappears from the word 'confidentiality'.

I have tried to:

Delete the word confidentiality from the original Word document, type it again and resave it as a PDF
Reformat the header (the word confidential and confidentiality is featured in other areas on the document but only the header in one place is loosing the 'i')
Put the word 'confidentiality' in a text box and resave the doc as a pdf

None of the above has helped.
