I have tried to:

  • Delete the word confidentiality from the original Word document, type it again and resave it as a PDF
  • Reformat the header (the word confidential and confidentiality is featured in other areas on the document but only the header in one place is loosing the 'i')
  • Put the word 'confidentiality' in a text box and resave the doc as a pdf

I even did a test where I changed the letter 't' for an 'f' and the same thing happened!

None of the above has helped.

Has anyone else ever come across a problem like this and if so does anyone know how to fix it?
