We have a lot of users who signs their documents also signs up to view the signed document using the company email but they automatically gets added to DS Sender. Where I can find the configuration to only grant them DS Viewer?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
I understand you would like to change the default permission profile.
Does your account have Single Sign On enabled? Are you the Org admin (Org admin is different from a DocuSign admin, you can confirm if you are the Org admin if you see a 3x3 grid in the top left corner of your screen when logged into DocuSign)?
If the response to both is yes, then you most likely have just-in-time provisioning, and the default profile to assign is DS Sender, to change this you would need to:
- Access the Organization
- Under Access Management select Identity Provider
- You may see a just-in-time option, please select edit and change the default permission profile: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=rrf1583359212854&topicId=fjv1583359179125.html&_LANG=enus
- Save
If you are not the Org admin, please contact your IT Department or your Help Desk so that you can get in contact with them.
Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
