When he goes to put in his username and password to actually sign the document it doesn't acknowledge Dashlane. He's having to manually put it in. When he does that- it says that it is incorrect. Then- it will acknowledge it the second time (after it says that the UN/PW is wrong) and will allow him to proceed. THEN- when it comes to me- the document isn't signed- just viewed.

Has anyone had an issue like this? Or have any suggestions?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to export a report with the status of each document you sent but describe who is waiting for a signature and how long it has been waiting.

Since Dashlane integration is not owned by DocuSign we do not have the necessary information to provide an answer, you will need to reach out to Dashlane support https://support.dashlane.com/hc/en-us.

Also according to this https://status.dashlane.com/ there was a service disruption on the Dashlane side.
