My doctor uses Dashlane for password management- recently Docusign and Dashlane have stopped communicating. Any advice?

When he goes to put in his username and password to actually sign the document it doesn't acknowledge Dashlane. He's having to manually put it in. When he does that- it says that it is incorrect. Then- it will acknowledge it the second time (after it says that the UN/PW is wrong) and will allow him to proceed. THEN- when it comes to me- the document isn't signed- just viewed.

Has anyone had an issue like this? Or have any suggestions?
