I have signed up for the docusign personal account and therefore have 5 envelopes to use each month.My plan start date was 19/3/24 and since then ive used envelopes on 20/3/24, 27/3/24, 28/3/24 and 10/4/24 = 4 in total but docusign is now telling me that ive reached by envelope limit.. does anyone know why that might be?

When receiving emails notifications that a document has been signed is there any way to CC another email address, so they receive the notification as well that the document has been signed?

I have to send a doc to my Supervisor to sign. After I upload the doc, the final value in Docusign is different from original doc. Somewhow docusign is changing the numbers … it’s only 1-2 cents but my Supervisor does not want to sign it like that.

Is it possible to force capitalization on words in Text (short-text) fields or have it change to capitalization upon save in eSignature? e.g. first name, last name.Thank you!

Is there a way to have separate (or none) watermarks for documents sent? In our corporation we have multiple departments making use of DocuSign for different reasons. Out Legal department would prefer documents with a watermark on them, while other departments need a different watermark, or no watermark on them. Is this possible?

My client is receiving an error message when clicking on the “Review Document” button on her mobile device.  Message says “You must be logged-in to the right account”  I’m not sure how to help this client.  Thanks in advance for your help

Good Day, When I prepare an envelope, I don't have any send option.

Hi, I opened a new Docusign account reflecting my new email address.  Now I’m told my old account does not exist and I can’t access any of the documents from mu old account.  What can I do? 

If I request signatures from 10 people on one document. . .is that one “Send” or 10 “Sends?”

I uploaded a template that I already filled out with details. Created signing order. when I select preview only sender can see details. When I view from 2nd signer the document is blank with no details

May I ask if DocuSign supports online signing of documents such as trust deeds and service agreements in HK, and whether they are legally binding in HK?

Hello! I’ve received a document by email that was Docusigned by an external party. When I circulated the document internally for signature, it came back to me with a message ‘at least one signature is invalid’. Is there a way to obtain an internal signature on this document without invaliding the existing (external) signature? Thanks.

Hi,When dealing with two clients that require initials, is it possible to create a button the would allow double initials instead of individually placing both initials individually side by side? That would save time and the spacing would be aligned perfectly.Thanks,Mark

We have a podcast guest release form we want our guests to sign so that it confirms they give us permission to use their identity and to promote them in an episode of our podcast.I want to share this with my co-host so that we can both issue release forms for guests to sign via Docusign. What’s the best way to do this? I used to use FormSwift. When I was using FormSwift I could upload a document and fill out things like address, phone, name, all sorts of info. Not sure what is in the plan i got, but it seems all I can do is collect signature. Am i missing the obvious? Thank you

I seem to recall that a previous version of DocuSign allowed you to number the fields so that you could proceed logically from one field to the next logical field (say from Address line 1 to Address line 2 to City to State to Zip code etc.), however I can’t seem to find where to set this up in the previous version.  Does the current DocuSign have this ability and where would I enable it, please? 

Will I get charged or billed after my 30 day trial? or am I suppose cancel it before the trial.
