Not able to select callback "country/region" number in the form.

I tried to fill in the form requesting help logging in and the form would not let me select the contact telephone “country/region” code for the contact telephone number I wanted to enter so I could not submit the form.

What do I need to do to submit a support request?

I am sorry to hear that you weren’t able to create your support case due to not being able to specify your country code, but I will gladly lend a hand.

 

Are you still experiencing the same issue when creating a new support case?

 

If that is the case, please re-try using a different network, device, and browser. It is important to try these options separately as they could lead us to the root cause of the issue.

What is the country region?

Thank you for your reply.

The “country/region” is 1, USA.

The field would not let me enter anything nor click on the drop down menu.
