Hello,I am trying to work out how to send what is, to me, a complicated bulk send, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed.I want to be able to send the same contract to multiple people. Each contract will require 4 separate signatures, 2 of which are from a recipient group. The signatures must be in order. To provide an example, a contract needs to be sent to people in the following strict order:Person 1, and then back to our organisation for approval (by one of 3 people - hence the recipient group). Person 2, and then back to our organisation for final approval (by one of 3 people again). To complicate further, I would like to do a bulk send, because we send around 20 contracts at the same time, but each one is a discrete contract that must only go to the relevant people.I have tested this internally, but it doesn’t seem to work consistently, and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.Apologies if this is really rather simple, but I’m new to DocuSign, and can’t seem to find how to do

I was uploading a form to be signed and gave me an invalid code

On first page where it is supposed to appear the uploading option to send a new Envelope, I just see a tree image instead of the option to browse and paste a document to be sent for signature.

Hey all,I’ve tried searching similar threads to find the issue and cannot seem to find it.I sent a customer a docusign to fill out to start a service requiring a signature, title, and date. There is a small red square that appears that I did not add and will not check/fill no matter what my customer does. I have also tried resending the document after recompleting the fields and ran into the same issue. if someone has an answer to this problem it would be greatly appreciated as my client cannot send the completed docusign with the required fields I requested. The screenshot I am providing is from a mobile phone but the issue persists even on a computer.

I am new here today. If I want a document that has many different “blank spots” that need to be filled in each time I use the document is it possible to upload the document and create text boxes that are on the document ready to be filled in each time you want to use it? Thank you!

I created two power forms that required me to sign the document last. The first power form (A) had the correct email address but the second power form (B) had my other work email. I received notifications about A but never B. When I opened my dashboard, I can’t find B. I thought maybe changing my login to my other work email would solve this issue, but it just seemed to make things more complicated. I finally got access to both power forms (A & B) and changed the email to the correct email address and then changed my login to match that email address. But now I am worried that I’ve lost some envelopes because of the switching and back and forth. Is there anything I can do to make sure? Can I check the status of this at all…

I think that MASTERCARD expired so my account was suspended.I tired to update my billing info but it is not working.Could you please help me.

hello!  my question is on the initial page where you assign the signers and it asks their name and email … it is also asking me for their fax #. However, the box is highlighted in red and when I hover the cursor in it , a red circle with the line going thru it appears not allowing me to type yet not allowing me to go to the next page. i never had this problem and don’t know why it’s doing this.

page wont load after signin why ?

How can an administrator view all documents sent by all users on the account? If there is any way, will it show that an admin is viewing documents sent from other team members? How can I see what is being sent and received?

We need to lock pre fields for clients what's is the process

Hi! I just published a new YouTube video on how to create and use a Docusign PowerForm in 2024.You will learn how PowerForms work, how to set them up, and how they streamline your workflow by allowing signers to initiate the process themselves. You can find it here: PS: Join me every Wednesday at 9 AM PST for a free Q&A session. Can we remove the standard fields in DocuSign eSignature.

How to make signature field optional?

I'm still learning the ropes of DocuSign, and trying to adapt some PDF forms to DocuSign, to make it easier for all parties involved.  The documents are not ours, so we cannot alter those and must work around how they have the document set up. The solution to my problem is simple, but I'm not sure how to get the solution.  I need the red borders removed for Radio buttons because several questions are a 'choose 1' scenario.  The red boxes surrounding the button overlap each other and it looks very messy from the signer's point-of-view. Everything I've read says this is not possible, but I just find that hard to believe, it's just too simple and I can't be the only one in this situation. Thank you for any help!

Does the Finish Later save the information put in without clicking the finish tab? There is no Save and Finish Later option

Greetings, we just started with Docusign.  However, I can’t figure out why there is no SMS option for the recipients???  Please look at the picture attached. Much appreciated.

In the case where documents are sent to Receiver1 and Receiver2 (signing order) for completion and signature, if Receiver1 fills out, signs, and submits the documents, can Receiver1 still edit the text after submission if Receiver2 has been notified to sign and has opened the documents but has not yet signed and submitted them?

Hi everyone, We have one account and couple hundred users that are grouped by site.  We would like to assign local report admin users to access and create reports by their own site and not see anyone else’s data.  Please advise.

I got in touch with Docusign support over two weeks ago flagging that some envelopes were not being received by recipients. Support immediately came back to me explaining some email notifications have “gotten stuck” and they could force trigger the envelopes I’d flagged.I replied saying yes to please do that, and that there are more envelopes failing to send. Since then, the envelopes have still not been received by recipients (even the ones initially flagged), and despite my numerous attempts to get through to support I am now being ignored.Case reference number 13897015 in case anyone can help.

Hello Everyone, Is there any way to add custom fields such as Project name or Project ID which can be helpful to run envelop reports with that information being retrievable.Your insights and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks,Anjali

Hi Doc-u-sign Community I need help, my company had a brand change and we chnaged emails mid doc-u- sign contract that was sent out. We updated all emails and log in and my client keeps getting reminders to sign a doc-u-sign that was through our old account. We can not log into that account anymore to cancell the reminders and she keeps getting the reminders to her email. any help appreciated.

Hello,       I have the plan for 3 seats. I am the administrator and have 1 other user. I sent the link to the other user and he has created the username and password. He sent his first envelope and after doing so at the top of the screen it stated that “you only have 2 more sends”. Shouldn’t they have access to the 300 Envelopes to send? Is there something that I need to do as the administrator so that they have access to their full amount of envelopes?

How do you indicate where a recipient is to specifically sign?  I know I can use Set Signing Order, but recipients are signing wherever they think they should sign.  Even signing a document twice.
