I got in touch with Docusign support over two weeks ago flagging that some envelopes were not being received by recipients. Support immediately came back to me explaining some email notifications have “gotten stuck” and they could force trigger the envelopes I’d flagged.
I replied saying yes to please do that, and that there are more envelopes failing to send.
Since then, the envelopes have still not been received by recipients (even the ones initially flagged), and despite my numerous attempts to get through to support I am now being ignored.
