We have one account and couple hundred users that are grouped by site. We would like to assign local report admin users to access and create reports by their own site and not see anyone else’s data. Please advise.
This is not possible, you can report on all envelopes that you have access to. By default that is only the ones that you send yourself or that you have been part of the signature workflow as any recipient.
When granted delegated Admin permissions for reporting you can access all envelopes. There is currently no option to limit that to a specific group. In order to achieve this, you would need additional sub accounts for each site to allow some local Admins to report on all envelopes on that site/account. All sub accounts would be managed within one organisation, where you still have the ability to report across accounts as well.
