Hello,
I have the plan for 3 seats. I am the administrator and have 1 other user. I sent the link to the other user and he has created the username and password. He sent his first envelope and after doing so at the top of the screen it stated that “you only have 2 more sends”. Shouldn’t they have access to the 300 Envelopes to send? Is there something that I need to do as the administrator so that they have access to their full amount of envelopes?

Can you confirm the user is on the correct account? Depending on your plan type it could be 10 envelopes per month: What happens if I exceed the envelope allowance on my Docusign eSignature plan?
