Hi, I recently received scanned copies of DocuSign documents that I neither received any prior information about via email nor signed. The documents display an Envelope ID at the top and Certificate ID at the signature, but there are no timestamps or email addresses of any parties on the signed page. When I logged into DocuSign to retrieve information using the Envelope ID, I received an error message stating that the information could not be provided. The sender claims they only have a scanned copy and lost everything and cannot provide a certificate of completion. How can I prove this document is forged in a court of law? Envelop id :

I understand how to add a delegate> I don’t understand why, when the delegate goes to sign the document, they sign as themselves.   I thought a delegate is for our case where we have an administrative assistant who monitors their manager’s signing workflow.   Why can’t the delegate sign with the manager’s name?

I have a template that only needs the originator to fill it out and their supervisor to sign.  But, depending on what boxes they selected, will need a copy sent to several different people that are not in the workflow.  How do I go about doing that?

When using a PowerForm to initiate an envelope, if the PowerForm initiator (signer 1) clicks “Begin Signing” and is in the Signing Ceremony screen, is there a timeout if the signer does not complete the signing ceremony within a certain period of time?  If so, what is that timeframe and is it configurable? If it is, what setting needs to be changed?Thank you.

I work at a unversity and one of the uses of DocuSign is sending student installment request forms or refund request forms. It would be great if the counterparty can initiate the form instead of us sending them out upon request.

The last person to sign the document receives “Can’t reach this page eu.docusign.net. took too long to respond” Therefore, he cannot sign the document. Before him there were four other people to sign and/or reviews the document with no issues. How can I resolve this issue? Your prompt response will be much appreciated. Thanks, and regards

Our team manages a very long DocuSign Contact List.  There’s no “next page” button to help page the full contact list and the full list is not displayed.  Are there options for this?  Also the team would like to export the full contact list for cleanup.  Any options for this?

If I remove a user, do any envelopes, documents or folders originating from this user get deleted from our account?

Is there a way to make two fields either/or? The example we use most often is a text box where people can put in the name/organization that they want to be recognized as, or a text box they initial to indicate that they’re anonymous. I make both text boxes optional, but sometimes people fill in both. How can we make it so they are allowed to complete only one of these two fields?
