I signed my document and sent it in however I failed to complete filling in some spaces I pulled up a copy of the document how can I complete the questions and re-send it?

I signed my w-9 form and sent it to the company however the company tells me I need to fill in more questions. How can I do this on the form I signed without asking the company to send me a new form. I retrieved the w-9 that I  signed  but I just need to complete filling it out?  I need help to know how I can do this
