I can' scroll down

I am trying to find a file that was sign about 8 ago and I can’ scroll down past what is currently on the page. I am using Chrome and a Macbook Pro

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you, have you tried the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Not sure if 8 means 8 months, days…?

If you’re looking for something 8 months (or years) old, you will need to change the timeframe. Toward the top of the page - next to the search box - there is a dropdown for the timeframe. Default is 6 months. Click on that and adjust the time to whatever you need.
