How can set up a template to send a copy to certain people when certain checkboxes are selected

Question

I have a template that only needs the originator to fill it out and their supervisor to sign.  But, depending on what boxes they selected, will need a copy sent to several different people that are not in the workflow.  How do I go about doing that?

Hi @CherB.,Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.For this scenario you will want to add a Conditional Routing Group to your Signing Order. By working with Conditional Routing, you can add a conditional recipient that will be related to a trigger field in your document, in this case you can use your checkboxes as triggers.
