+1A customer wants us to change so minformation regarding who sent the sign document in the PDF signature panel.
Today it looks like this:

So in your first image you are showing the CFR21 type signature which has been signed and is certified by the docusign certificate. There is additional information that goes along with the signing ceremony for these type of signature requests.
In the second image this shows the document signed using a personal digital certificate which was issued to the signer to sign the document.
So with the CFR21 Part 11 module it has a host of features that are specific and comply with the valid regulations in place. The question you would need to ask your account manager or if you can get a solutions enginner is can you use your own digital certificate to sign in the CFR21 module.
