Hello folks,

Once the signing process is completed, all participants are receiving email notifications with a message along the lines of:

I would like to inquire if there is any way to customize the contents of these emails. It appears that the notification includes the phrase "All parties have completed" and repeats the content from the last email, which does not look ideal.

Could you please advise on how I can modify or remove this repetitive text?

@aakash_d_morya

Yes, you can customize the email notifications that are sent out to participants after the signing process is completed, including modifying the content and layout to avoid repetitive or unwanted text.

To modify these email notifications, you can use branding and resource files to control the text elements in your account’s emails. Specifically, you'll want to edit the Email Resource File to customize or remove the repetitive phrase "All parties have completed" and any other text that is undesirable.

Do you have any steps or documentation link to do this? I’m new to DocuSign

Following on from what John said you can adjust the resource files.  These are XML/HTML files and can be difficult to follow at times as they also contain all the other emails that the system sends out.  I have had experience in working with many companies to adjust these.  It is simple but only if you know like everything.

As long as you have Advanced Branding.  If you check your settings and branding do you see when you access your brand the Resource File links.

There is a lot of docs about how to do this in the support site but be careful it can get messy!

As @Robert Jackson said, you will need to be very careful when adjusting the email resource files to your brand.   I recommend you become familiar with this information first and make the changes on your Demo account.  DocuSign Email Resource File Guide
