Unfortunately no, you would need to select “finish” so a different recipient can view the information, the “Finish later” will only store information temporarily for the recipient to which it belongs to. If the signature of the representative is required, I recommend a different approach for the signing order. I recommend the sender to add a signing order that can help with the document flow and add the collaboration feature to all needed fields.
